  • ¡Una casa familiar única ubicada, en lo que creemos, es la playa más hermosa de Nueva Zelanda! Onemana Pararaiha fue la primera granja original de Onemana y, por lo tanto, ocupa el puesto más prestigioso en la playa. Es extremadamente espacioso, ubicado en 3/4 acres de primera línea de playa y podría acomodar fácilmente a 3 familias.
    El nombre en maorí lo dice todo: Uno - Playa, Mana - prestigio, una fuerza sobrenatural en una persona, lugar u objeto. Pararaiha- Paradise

    El espacio

    La casa tiene 7 dormitorios, 1 baño familiar, 1 baño privado al dormitorio principal. ¡Y un baño exterior que es perfecto para lavar la arena después de un día en la playa! Casi todas las habitaciones tienen impresionantes vistas al mar, la habitación con literas y la habitación doble tienen una hermosa vista al frondoso patio trasero. 3 x habitaciones Queen con vista a la playa y tienen acceso directo al área de la terraza. Hay 1 habitación con una cama King individual y cama nido.
    La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones familiares en total, que incluyen 1 sala de estar con Smart TV y TDT, 1 sala de estar con balcón que está fuera del dormitorio principal y, por último, la sala familiar principal que tiene grandes puertas plegables que conducen a una pequeña cubierta con vistas al amplio patio delantero y la impresionante playa de Onemana. También puede acceder a la cubierta frontal principal desde aquí también. Hay muchos lugares en la casa para estar juntos o estar separados. La decisión es tuya.


    Acceso de invitado

    Tenga en cuenta que hay un garaje doble \ Sleepout que estará cerrado y no será accesible para nuestros huéspedes, ya que posee bienes personales.
    Hay estacionamiento en la calle para al menos 7 autos en la parte trasera de la casa.

    Interacción con los invitados.

    Tenemos un administrador local de la casa para ayudar a los huéspedes con cualquier problema que pueda tener durante su estadía en Onemana Pararaiha. También me contactarán en cualquier momento si es necesario y estaré allí para ayudarlo durante todo el proceso de reserva. Esta es nuestra casa familiar especial y estamos felices de compartir con ustedes un pedazo de paraíso tan increíble.

    Otras cosas a tener en cuenta

    Onemana Pararaiha es la casa perfecta para eventos de creación de equipos corporativos, fines de semana de planificación corporativa, sesiones fotográficas y lugares de filmación. También sería el escenario más espectacular para un retiro especial de yoga o salud y un mini descanso.

Family get together

This was a wonderful place for our extended whanau to get together. Lots of space for everyone, very comfortable well equiped house in an outstanding location. Would love to stay again.

Winter escape

This house is in the most amazing spot, most bedrooms have ocean views, so we’ll set up for large family groups, spacious, has everything you need.

Fun times!

We had an amazing 5 days away staying in this house for beach hop 2025. This is not the first time we have stayed here. We love the location, the large outdoor space and plenty of room for everyone to stay under one roof. We’d definitely love to book again!!

Our extended family appreciated the space in the house, garden and having the beach just over the fence. The weather turned out to be brilliant and we were able to make good use of the outside decking areas.

Beautiful Stay

We stayed at this beautiful property for three nights and it was absolute paradise! The entire process from booking enquires with Renee through to the management of the property by Rachel. It was so easy and the house was an absolute dream, so wonderful for a large family such as ours (8 adults, 7 kids). This house was lovely and clean, beautifully presented, had everything and all the space we needed. We could all relax with the beach just a stones throw away! We would highly recommend this property to everyone and we will definitely come back again! Thank you Renee and family for sharing your house with us!

A weekend to remember

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. The amenities were up to the highest standards and being situated right at the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed stunning sunrises and spent each evening cozying up to the wood fire.

Amazing beach house to enjoy with family

My family had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. It has a lovely layout, plenty of room, amazing views and was so close to the beautiful beach. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of different areas for the family to spread out (8 adults, 6 kids). The owner and the house manager were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for a large group and would definitely like to return again one day.

A week to remember

We arrived with ideas that we would explore the wider area , hire bikes etc. There were 12 of us..... a family of 6, 3 partners and 3 granddaughters. Our 3 vehicles left only to buy more supplies...... we went to the beach , swam, read , relaxed and played games for 6 days!!! There was just no reason to leave such a magic spot.!! Waking to the sun coming through the surf, eating on the decks, playing games on the front lawn, a holiday week to remember! Thank you Renee for sharing your beach house , it is a special place!!

Simply Magical!

Beautiful property right on beach front. Easy access to the beach with view of the beach from majority of rooms in the house. Multiple living areas perfect for large family gathering. Responsive owner and manager. Loved it!

Total Sport annual hui

Every year we take the Total Sport team to a stunning natural location, and the place we stayed at this year was the best ever! The location is unbelievable, and the property incredible - everything we needed was easy to find, and of a great standard. The communication from the owner and property manager were exceptional. Just a truly magical place, very special, and well worth the drive!

Family long weekend

as a large family it is always hard to find such beautiful spots to all stay together - it was an amazing location and suited everyone in our extended family, from teens to kids to grandparents and parents. There were 15 of us and we had space for everyone - so comfortable and everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to share in paradise - we would love to stay again.

Magic multi-family getaway

Fantastic large family home, unbeatable location, owner was responsive and helpful as was the on site manager. We had 3 families with 7 adults and 6 kids ages 1 - 5 years and there was lots of space for everyone. The home is set up for everything for multi family groups, two cribs were available, two fridge freezers, lots of towels and beach towels, right down to a beach cricket set and rackets for the nearby tennis courts. Stunning views, sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend this property.
