Relax on the shores of Mille Lacs Lake at Izatys resort. Spend time with family & friends at our spacious lakefront home. In summer, launch your boat at the marina and go boating, swimming, and fishing. Head to the pool and enjoy the hot tub, restaurant and volleyball court. Bring clubs for a round of golf at Izatys Black Brook course. After a day of fun, head to the restaurant for dining. In winter, enjoy snowmobiling, ice fishing and relaxation with a warm fire and endless views of Mille Lacs.

The space
Large, updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse on the lake. Over 2200 sq feet of space and one of the ONLY 4 bedroom waterfront properties at family friendly Izatys resort!

Open living space on main floor to gather and enjoy the beautiful lakefront views. Plenty of space for the whole family with all the amenities and comforts of home. Large DVD movie collection to have a family movie night.

Patio out back with eating area, outdoor fireplace, new Weber Spirit 310 gas grill (3 burner), large yard and endless views of Mille Lacs lake. Private balcony off the main bedroom to enjoy reading, or just relax and listen to the waves.

This home features upgraded high speed internet throughout with Wi-Fi extenders, so if you need to catch up on work or want to stream movies on your devices, or one of the 3 HD TVs with the kids! Upgraded HD channels and full cable programming on all 3 HD TVs.

Close walk to fishing pier and marina to fish, relax and enjoy the views.

Guest access
Self check in, you will be provided a keypad code prior to your 4:00 PM check in time. Access to pool area will be provided at check in. 3 car maximum in driveway.

Enjoy Izatys resort amenities including outdoor pool with poolside beverage and food service, hot tub, live entertainment (when available), Black Brook 18 hole golf course, putting greens, fishing docks, fishing from boardwalk and foot bridge, protected marina with concrete boat launch, boat slip rentals (through Izatys), pontoon boat, kayak and paddle board rentals, launch trips and fishing guide trips, patio dining at Izatys restaurant, sand volleyball court, tennis court, pickle ball courts, kids playground area, trail access for ATVs, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and more.

Four bedrooms upstairs with the following beds (1 King sleep number bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Air mattress (full size).

Note: Some Izatys resort offerings are seasonal and when available. Izatys new ownership/policy changes has a $15/day/person to access the resort's pool area. You can purchase daily wristbands at the hotel front desk if planning to use the pool area during your stay.

Water Smell

The stools were brown stained from the bad water! Took shower and the water smelled so bad that I smelled better before I showered. The kitchen water smelled also. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here until they fix the water fixed. I wished I could get a refund for the price we paid for 1 night. Very UNHAPPY !!

Great Lake Property

Very comfortable townhouse for a lake stay. The communication with the owner is prompt and detailed. CHeck in process was smooth and easy. The house is well appointed for comfort and convenience. The walk to the resort is perfect for getting in some steps but not so far that you can’t manage even with kids. The convenience of the resort is a plus for pool and food options. The sunsets were beyond breathtaking. The only drawback to the property is beach access. We went to the state Park for swimming. I’d recommend this property for sure.

Great Location on Mille Lacs

We have rented on Izatys for years for a family Thanksgiving get together. This was the nicest and most updated of all the places. Will for sure rent here again.

Wonderful - updated!

We had 6 staying here out of a group of 38 at Izatys for a golf weekend. This is a great unit and would recommend. Ellie was nice enough to let us in a few hours early. Beautiful view. Love all the updates. So fresh. Thank you. Would rent again. The nicest of the 4 we rented for the weekend.

Izaty’s Stay

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great layout with all bedrooms upstairs. Enjoyed the weekend golfing and rented a pontoon to explore the lake. Very nice place; would recommend to family & friends.

Izatys with lake view

Overall it was a great stay. Property is very nice with beautiful views of the lake. Plenty of room for 7 adults and a 18 month old. 4 bedroom on upper level with 2 bathrooms and a very spacious Main level with a bathroom. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 huge walkouts on main level looking out at unobstructed view of Lake Mille Lacs. Pool and activities are a short walk away. Owner was responsive on VRBO messaging when a issue occurred and issue was resolved.

Nice Stay in Mille Lacs

Great space to get together with family for a long weekend. There were a couple of cleanliness issues, but the owners addressed them with the cleaning crew. Great view of the lake and sunset each night, and overall nice stay.

Great spot for family vacation

I stayed here with my brothers family (4 adults, 6 young kids) and we had a great time. The main floor/living room area was very spacious and very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed all the amenities that Izatys had to offer and it kept us all busy for a long weekend. We’d definitely stay here again!

Post-Thanksgiving weekend at Izatys

This property was conveniently located, had wonderful views of Lake Mille Lacs, and easy access to walking trails. It comfortably accommodated my wife and me and our 2 daughters and their husbands.

Nice clean condo on shore of Mille Lacs Lake beautiful elevated views wooded golf community setting plenty of room for our party of 6. Parking for 3 vehicles max.
