tranquility and contemporary design
I stayed at this property with my partner for a week-long vacation at the beginning o July. The villa is very modern, spacious, with all the necessary amenities I could think of. It can accommodate up to 8 people with four bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooms are modern with A/C in each; there are towels, beach towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, silverware, paper towels, even salt, and paper or ice cubs; basically, the owners thought of everything. There is a parking garage for one vehicle and some limited space outside the villa.
The ad photos are all accurate and beyond. The vistas are truly amazing and breathtaking. The villa is located on the steep hill a bit secluded from other properties in the area. There are no neighbors nearby; therefore, it provides some privacy. The pool and the terrace are spacious with the perfect position to the sun: shade in the morning, full exposure midday and afternoon, and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Those who look for much-needed tranquility, this villa should be an obvious choice. With regards to the area, the Mimice village is tiny, with many narrow, curvy roads, one supermarket, and probably a few eateries somewhere as well as the beach, to which we never made. When we got tired of cooking, we traveled 12km to near Omis where many different restaurants were available. For those interested, there is also food delivery available to the villa directly.
I wouldn't do them justice without mentioning the owners. They are incredibly courteous, polite, and friendly people; it was a pleasure to meet them and to stay at their beautiful villa.
