This is a smoke-free room. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony and open areas.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

We expect normal house behaviour - please treat this room as your own, leave it tidy, don't break anything and please don't make excessive noise that would disturb other people in the house.

Check in is after 2 pm (14:00) and check out is before 11:00, flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the room and its balcony.

You are allowed to use joing area of the property.


***** The neighbourhood:

The small town Lokva Rogoznica is located under the Biokovo hill, 9 km from Omis.

The beaches in and around the town are pebbly, sandy and sometimes suitable for children.

In addition to the sea in a city rich in pine trees, you can always find a pleasant shade. Near the private apartments and houses there is a post office, a shop and a restaurant.

The proximity of Makarska and Omis gives visitors nightlife at one of the many nightclubs and bars.

You can also practice a variety of activities, visit a nearby picnic area and get acquainted with the historical heritage of this beautiful area.

The best way to get to us is by car.

Bus station is 500m away from the house.
