Great property in a great location. The different levels allowed plenty of privacy while traveling with a group. Host was quick to respond and accommodating.

We stayed during College World Series so the per night price was between 800-900. The bed in one of the rooms had legs that were broken so the guests in that room had to sleep on a downward slant. When we notified the host, he came and replaced the bed frame the next day. But when we came home, we saw that there was a frame, but no slats or box spring, so the mattress was falling through. When I notified the host, he told me we can try the slats from the old frame which was in the garage. So we went and got the slats, had to lift the mattress up and try the slats, but they were too small for the frame. I let the host know but he did not respond. So I followed up the next day after the guests in that room had to sleep with their heads and torsos on a downward slant. I messaged asking if he could at least remove the frame so that they can sleep with the mattress on the floor. He finally responded and when we came home that night the mattress was on the floor. I asked for a small refund 600 (our stay was 8 nights x 800-900ish). He ignored my message. There was also a cockroach that was crawling on the kitchen backsplash that I killed and sent a photo to him, but he also ignored that message as well.
