  • This historic, 1,300 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while featuring the Nebraska Huskers with great details and memorabilia throughout. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

    Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

    Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

    For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

    Husker Haven has numerous Husker touches that you'll find throughout the space. The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and an in-room TV and gaming system.

    The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa. You'll also find a 4-player NBA Jam arcade setup and Husker-themed board games in this space for some added fun.

    For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

    The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

    An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

    Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

    Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Great Location if you want to be close to night life

We wanted to be down town, close walking distant to mall, coffee shops etc. that was accomplished. Parking is tricky, but that is disclosed. the only thing I would ask to change is the couch in living room. The bed part is very uncomfortable, and then when as a couch, it sinks in far. But other than that we had a great time,

Omaha

Omaha is my hometown and I enjoyed our visit to catch up with old friends and family. The Old Market area is great with lots of great restaurants and Leahy Park is very entertaining. My only complaints were internet connection was really bad it seemed like we had about 50 network choices but they didn’t work Cassie the property manager tried hard to find us a solution but we just couldn’t find a reliable connection. The other issue is parking we managed but we’re unable to find information on how to get 24 hr or weekly rates at the nearby garage. The Omaha Park on 11th Jackson was great but with no in and out option you can pay a lot especially on weekends. The unit was fun and bright great view of urban living The plus’s far out way any difficulty.
