Year-round adventure awaits in this three-story, spacious condo! This getaway sits perfectly between ski resorts, the blue water of Lake Tahoe, and the charming downtown of Truckee, so you will have no trouble finding endless ways to use each day. Boasting rustic accents such as vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams throughout the home, you will feel like you are in a traditional cabin, yet modern comforts also abound.

The charming open layout works great for larger groups, as everyone can gather in the living area next to the stone fireplace after a day on the slopes or head out to the large deck overlooking the neighborhood and mountains. When you want to whip up a tasty meal, the sleek kitchen has been tastefully updated and has everything from a gas range to a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room and on-site community amenities. Biking and hiking trails are just a short walk out the door!
Please note the following before booking:
Access to this condo requires climbing two flights of outdoor stairs. This home is not wheelchair accessible.
Due to a county fire safety regulation, the grill on the patio is locked and not available for guest use. Grilling on the patio is not permitted for short-term rentals.

Ski shuttle details: Free on-demand shuttle service within Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Freezer stopped working, couldn’t use oven as I had to pair it to phone but was not left with instructions and apartment was cold since window was left open.

Good Location. Nice Dwelling

The lodge itself was quaint and situated in a good location. Checking in and out was easy and the online description was close to our experience. The overall layout of the place was exactly as expected. Super close to Tahoe Palisades and Truckee. That was great!!The kitchen fell a bit short with its cleanliness. The glasses, mugs, and pots had leftover food/oil stuck to them. We made sure to wash every item before using it. The cleaning staff likely did not look closely regarding this and it was a bit off putting. They had two toasters, a coffee grinder, and a coffee maker (it worked, but was slightly broken). You had to hold the lid down on the carafe for the coffee to pour and the handle to stay attached. Also, mice traps out in the kitchen weren't something I was expecting, but I know we are out in a woodsy area.The family room had a nice amount of space. The sofa was pretty worn out, which made sitting on it a little less comfy than it could've been. But we didn't spend too much time there. They also had fur throw pillows and a furry throw. The bedding seemed to have been laundered beforehand. Beware of the pillows. Might be a good idea to bring your own for a good nights rest. The towels were plentiful and put out throughout the rooms for all the guests. That was convenient. Every sink had hand soap too. Other than that, it was a decent stay based on where it's located and how many it accommodated.

Family ski weekend

We loved the location and ease of this property. Kitchen was well stocked, but if you cook a ton, bring your seasonings. Beds were very comfortable, the coach was not as much. We would have loved to use the fireplace, but there didn’t appear to be a way to use it. We did enjoy the place and it fit the 2 families very well!
