Spacious and bright one bedroom apartment in Urbanización Oliva Nova Golf, residential Buganvilla.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, consists of a bedroom, living room with sofa bed of 1.60x2. 00, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace.
First qualities and all brand new.
It has parking space.
The accommodation is located in the luxurious Oliva Nova Golf Urbanization.
The area is unbeatable with access to the services of the residential and swimming pool of the residential.
900 m from the beach, 1.5 m from the golf course and 300 m from the equestrian center.
The apartment is located between Gandia and Denia, about 1 hour. of Valencia and Alicante.

Appartement très agréable et confortable

L’appartement est agréable, bien équipé et confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La résidence est très bien entretenue et bien située. Tout est accessible facilement à pied ou en voiture. Les propriétaires aux petits soins et disponibles. Il manque une wifi plus performante mais c’est un point de détail. Je conseille cette location.

Lovely quiet apartment with a great pool and nice view but poor communication with owners

The apartment was really lovely but we weren't given proper instructions about picking up and dropping off the keys which made me very apprehensive. I wasn't given clear directions to the office to pick them up, and I wasn't contacted about this until I was on the plane on my way there, via WhatsApp (and therefore had no signal) and when I got there the office guy could not give the keys to me for around 40 minutes while he sorted out a problem - it wasn't his job to hand out keys; likewise I had to phone the owner to find out how to leave the keys at the end, having not been told. There was no kettle and the toaster had to be held on to work but otherwise the apartment was well supplied and mostly clean (i.e. not under the bed). The apartment building is clean and secure with well maintained grounds, and the interior is modern and pleasant, with a lovely view of hills from the terrace. The owners were really nice but perhaps this was their first let. I would definitely stay there again as I'm sure the communication problem will have been ironed out next time.

Des vacances à proximité de la mer dans un immeuble de standing

Appartement bien aménagé et très confortable, avec électro-ménager pour le confort du séjour et surtout bien climatisé. Tout est y est en bon état y compris les appareils électroniques fonctionnels TV/HIFI. La piscine collective de l'immeuble est très agréable, les espaces verts très bien entretenus. Seuls bémols : un parking promis sur l'annonce et non disponible au moment du séjour. Le propriétaire ne fait cependant aucune offre de remboursement ou de dédommagement. La voiture est de ce fait garée dans la rue, l'intérieur est suffocant lorsque nous la prenons pour sortir et les fauteuils en cuir naturellement bouillants. Un petit problème de propreté de la salle de bain et des toilettes non nettoyés à notre arrivée légèrement décevant (mais c'est un détail) et que nous finalisons nous-mêmes. Attention la connexion INTERNET est très mauvaise, il n'y a pas non plus de wifi dans l'appartement ni dans la zone. J'ai surtout regretté ce dernier point qui m'a couté l'achat de recharges internationales chez mon opérateur assez couteuses. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits tout de même par la qualité de la prestation et remercions les propriétaires.
