Casa Branca (the White House) is an elegant two story villa comprised of a large open-space living/dining area, a chef’s kitchen, three bedrooms, and expansive outdoor living spaces with multiple sitting and lounging areas The fully fenced and gated property has a fabulous very private 5x10m salt water pool. The living/dining area includes a dining table for eight, a piano, an adjacent fireplace lounge and a screened off TV lounge. Sliding doors lead directly to the outdoor terrace and pool area. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a 90cm wide five-burner induction stove, high end kitchen tools, and all the dishes and tableware you need for gourmet cooking and elegant dining. Of the three bedrooms, one is located at the second floor. It is furnished with a California king-sized bed, a laptop desk and an in-suite bathroom with double-sink and walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead to a terrace with sitting area. The two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The large salt water pool has a high-end automated polycarbon safety cover. The pool can be heated during the cooler months. The Casa Branca property includes a large orchard that contains a citrus grove, olive and almond trees, plums, peaches, apricots as well as a variety of tropical fruits like banana, papaya and guava. The terrain beyond the landscaped area around the villa is “rough and tumble” and requires sturdy shoes. But our guests are welcome to explore and pick and taste whatever fruit is in season. For most of the year, you will find ripe oranges to squeeze your own fresh orange juice.
