Located 25 minutes from Faro International Airport, it is easily accessible by train and car. The large and lush palm trees distinguish this property from its neighbors. It has a garden with varied vegetation and is enclosed for greater privacy. Fully equipped in detail, it has air conditioning and heating, barbecue, fireplace and much more. This is the ideal location for family and friends gatherings. The proximity to the village center (walking distance) is another advantage, allowing you to discover local restaurants with an enormous variety of fresh fish. In the center of Fuseta village you can take a boat to the ocean beach, but you can also choose the local beach accessible on foot, sunbathe or simply enjoy the landscape. From here, by kayak or paddle, you can explore the various small sandy coves and enjoy a beach day with complete privacy. A short car trip can take you to the cities of Tavira and Olhão, with a wider range of restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and bars/clubs. This area is integrated into the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a protected ecosystem with many walking trails and vast natural spaces to explore and discover the richness of fauna and flora. An interesting fact, Ria Formosa is home to one of the largest seahorse communities in the world. LV Premier Algarve – FU1 is also the ideal option for golfers. We have 4 bicycles for guest use, as well as stand up paddle (SUP) and a kayak for responsible use. This area is integrated into the Ria Formosa Natural Park, and is a protected ecosystem with many walking trails and vast green spaces to explore and discover its varied fauna and flora - with abundant marine life, plants, and birds. Seahorses and chameleons are natural attractions.The village is small, but has a good selection of restaurants and excellent fresh seafood. Olhão and Tavira offer additional restaurant and café/bar options. There is a beach accessible on foot in the estuary area, as well as an ocean beach in the protected area, accessible through a pleasant and affordable boat trip. You can also hire a water taxi (or use our sea kayak or SUP) to take you to one of the many deserted beaches, where you can have an almost private beach experience. If you are a golfer, there are several award-winning courses 15 minutes by car. Be sure to discover beautiful places like Cancela Velha beach and the romantic Vila Real de Santo Antonio, on the border with Spain. You can find outlets of major brands in Loulé as an option for a different afternoon. Or explore one of the region's fortresses and museums.
