In front of the farm, there is a meadow with seating areas and two beach chairs. The farm is child-friendly and offers a small playground for climbing, swinging, and playing. When you enter the building through the large gate, you can see the typical construction of a Haubarg. A five-hundred-meter-long avenue leads from the main road to the farm, which is surrounded by a moat. This special Haubarg is a listed building.
