  • Disponible del 20 de julio al 3 de agosto. Esta acogedora bañera de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos - Knollwood Beach home está disponible para alquileres de 2 semanas, a partir de abril y hasta el otoño (SOLICITAR w / email para meses de descuento o alquileres más largos). Está a poca distancia del campo de golf Fenwick y hay un carrito de golf para usar en la zona y en el campo de golf durante su estancia. Incluye aire acondicionado, lavadora / secadora, lavaplatos, patio, parrilla de gas, fogón de gas, chimenea a gas y estacionamiento para 3 autos. El vecindario también tiene un parque que incluye una cancha de básquetbol, una cancha de tenis, un área de juegos para niños y un campo de pelota. También hay una zona de lanzamiento de botes pequeños a poca distancia de la casa para kayaks y botes pequeños en la ensenada sur del río CT con acceso a LI Sound. Esta casa es excelente para estadías en la playa y estadías que involucran eventos en Saybrook Point Inn, Water's Edge Resort y Elks Lodge en Westbrook, CT. También se encuentra a 30 minutos de Yale U, Wesleyan U, la Academia de Guardacostas y Connecticut College. My second time staying here.

Perfect spot and owners are so sweet! House has had many updates and bed is so comfy! Walking distance from the beach and many cute towns.

Great Location

Great location...one block from the shore. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Loved having access to a golf cart to ride through the beautiful neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed - great communication!

My fiance and I needed a place to stay in the area to support a sick family member and Charles’s place was perfect. We were able to come with our dogs and were a short walk from the beach (just down the street). The house was cozy, enough space with 2 full baths and within our price range and Charles kept in contact assuring we were comfortable. Would stay again! Thanks again to Charles and his family.

Revisit to CT

Property was great for our stay. Revisits to former establishments. Seeing “old/former” friends and family. Culinary delight in and around Old Saybrook. Loved being near the beach. Great 2 weeks for us. Only disadvantage was night stands and bedtime lighting. We are readers in bed! And coffee drinkers in bed!!! But we made arrangements! Thank you, Charles and Carol. You are excellent hosts!

Beautiful, comfortable home

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I loved having so many windows making the living space bright and cheerful. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is updated with top quality appliances. Everything we needed was provided and your furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms with great showers are always a plus for us. We also loved having laundry onsite. The home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and the patio out front was private due to the landscaping. We don't frequent this area often, but if we did we would definitely stay again!!!

Saybrook Retreat

This cottage was a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Very clean and accommodations were great. Loved having the golf cart to ride around in. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is completely updated, beautiful kitchen, all new appliances, fully equipped kitchen if you like to cook, walking distance to the beach.

Cozy Cottage House

My family and I stayed in this cottage house in Old Saybrook, CT and had a great time. This cute cottage house is one block from the beach. It’s a great place to escape and relax. Owners Charles and Carol Cocores were wonderful at responding to questions or concerns. I would stay here in the future.

peaceful and wonderful vacation in Old Saybrook

We recently stayed at this property in Old Saybrook . Plenty of room for a family of four and close to golf ( golf cart use included) , swimming, walking,the Kate arts center, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Clean with all the amenities! Friendly neighborhood. Owners responsive to any questions in a very timely manner. Cannot wait to go back to continue to explore the area. Thank you to the owners!

Lovely, peaceful beach home for a family vacation

Charlie and Carol were wonderful to us during our stay. Their beach home is a beautiful oasis located in a family friendly neighborhood within a charming town. Our dinners grilling and enjoying the patio are some of the best nights there. So much to see and do. Easy access to a quiet and peaceful beach. The tennis, basketball, golf and nearby mini golf had our family enjoying every moment. Feeling blessed to have found this gem and to have met Charlie and Carol.

Beautiful home within walking distance of the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable and the home is in great shape.
