The property, though small, was just what we needed for this trip. We were just steps from the beach and all that the pier had to offer. It had all the necessities that we needed and was well stocked by the host. There were fresh flowers on the table and a sweet card wishing us a happy anniversary. The host was super responsive and we were sad to leave.
We wanted to remember exactly where we stayed!

We enjoyed our time in Old Orchard beach and surrounding area. Great location to both town and the beach. Just a short walk away. Great little grocery store nearby with a laundry mat and cafe in the same plaza. Our host was quick to respond to our questions before we arrived .

What a great place. Clean and well stocked. Everything you need is here. Close to the beach 2 min walk. It was our 13 year anniversary and they owner left us a card and a small plant. Such extra thought. I would definitely book and again and recommend this place for 2 people perfect

Perfect location!

Well equipped Efficiency apartment in a perfect lication, just north of the downtown, but walking distance to pretty much everything. Bed is super comfortable! Shower is tiny, but hey, there’s a shower! Will def stay again when in OOB!

The hosts of the property made check in so easy. Loved all the little touches throughout the unit that made us feel like we were at home. The unit was immaculate. Our hosts 100%, show pride in their property. It it is located so close to the beach, it was perfect! Would definitely stay there again!

This place was fantastic. The owners provide you with all the essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oil, coffee, creamers, etc. along with towel, beach bag, cooler, and beach cart. It was clean, airy and in a GREAT location. I can’t wait to book it for next year. A must stay.

Quick trip

Never been to Old Orchard Beach before and we had a very good time. The house was very close to the beach and downtown. It was very clean and perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed including beach chairs.

Beautiful Stay

Old Orchard is a special place in my heart! What a beautiful place to stay especially steps away from the ocean. The room was really beautiful and had everything you would need! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to stay, to come here! You wont be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

Can't do much better!

This rental easily earns a perfect score for location and value. It’s tiny, but the owners do such a good job optimizing the space that my wife and I quickly got over the smallness of the studio -- about the size of a hotel room with kitchenette. The king bed was plenty comfortable. The a/c, wi-fi, & swivel-mounted TV all worked well. The kitchenette has a small stove/oven, microwave, good-sized fridge/freezer, and enough gear to make small meals. There’s not much counter space nor a dishwasher. The location could hardly be better: a 2-minute walk to a nice clean beach with good waves. It got pretty crowded during the day, so we preferred evenings on the beach and took dinner there twice; it was easy as the hosts thoughtfully provide a beach cart, chairs, an insulated cooler bag, and beach towels. The building is just outside the center of OOB, so it’s quiet enough all day (except when a train rumbles through every few hours) but if you walk even a minute or two towards the center, you’ll be in the thick of it. The lot is plain but has a couple of grills and picnic tables, and ample parking. A variety store across the street can cover almost anything you need. Co-owner Elissa was super-friendly and responsive. Check in/out was easy. We liked the key-free door lock system. We lacked nothing during our stay. Unless you need lots of room to spread out and pace around, this rental is a great choice for two people to enjoy all OOB has to offer. Would definitely rent again.

A great stay

This is a great little property perfect for me and my 6.5 year old! Everything was clean and they provided all the basic toiletries and such plus more! My son loved the welcome basket with snacks 😊 I really didn’t need to bring even half of what I did. It was a perfect distance to the beach and to the Maine center of town. My son had no problem with the walking distances! We’d gladly stay here again if we make another Maine trip 😊

So great!

This property was absolutely great for two people. The hosts went way above and beyond to provide snacks, slippers, really nice towels! I believe the owners thought of everything! We didn’t use our car the whole time we were there we walked; what a location! I would stay again in a minute!

Spotless studio steps from beach

The apartment is cozy, spotless and well-provisioned. It’s just steps from beach, with free parking (which is essential). Because it’s so close to beach, and just a short walk from center of popular beach town, it’s in a commercial strip. Nevertheless, even on a weekend in August, it was not noisy at night. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Five stars.

New, easy access & perfect for 2/3

We had a wonderful 5 day stay, as a trio - with a toddler (age 3). Close to beach, boardwalk, food/drink and no fuss or frill needed. Plenty of parking. Quiet enough. Super accessible to beach and everything OOB offered. Updated apartment. Enough towels and other kind offerings; such as beach bag, chairs, holder, cooler, etc. Def would rent again!

Such an amazing time!

This property was amazing! Loved the location, it was just a short walk from the beach! The hosts were extremely kind leaving a binder full of food recommendations, things to do, and much more! They even left a basket of snack and treats for us! This was the best vacation rental we’ve had in a long time! A little bit of hospitality goes a long way! We are extremely grateful and would definitely stay again.

Newly remodeled, very close to the beach

A lovely decorated, well equipped and very clean room. It is located near the beach and you do not have to bring sun chairs and a cooler - wonderful for tourists from Europe like us ;-). The size of the bed is very big and the bed linen is soft. The size of the room is not very spacious - so storage of bigger luggage is difficult, but it works out for two persons.
