Tucked into a classic Old Orchard Beach neighborhood, this home sits in a closely knit seaside community where cottages and beach houses sit side by side. Despite the neighborhood’s cozy density, the setting is quiet — and just behind the home you’ll find a beautiful pine-lined pavilion space that adds a peaceful, coastal Maine backdrop to your stay.

Inside, the main level offers an open-concept living room and kitchen — an easy gathering space after a sandy beach day. Natural light fills the space, and the layout makes it simple to cook, relax, and spend time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a wide variety of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils. We also provide everyday basics like dish soap, laundry detergent, K-cups, salt, pepper, oil, and sugar — the little things that make vacation living easier.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6)

Upstairs, you’ll find:

- A primary bedroom with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and skylights that bring in soft morning light
- A second bedroom with a queen bed — cozy and practical for kids, friends, or additional guests

On the lower level:
