5 Min Walk to Beach and Pier

Welcome to our beach escape!
On this first floor of the coastal home you will find the living room, eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and half bathroom. The living room has ample seating for you and your loved ones to gather after a fun day at the beach. Adjacent to the living room is a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. If you are looking to cook and grill some meals at home, this is the property for you! On this same floor, you will find a half bathroom.

On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bureau. The second bedroom has ample space to accommodate a queen bed and bunk beds, as well as a bureau. Also on the second floor is a laundry area and a full bath. This unit comfortably sleeps six.

There are 3 window AC's in the unit as well as a few fans. There is lots of storage for your beach gear as well.

COVID-19:
-All guests myst supply their own comforters and beach towels
-This property will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive
-Beds will be unmade when you arrive. Professional laundered linens packed in plastic straight from the company will be dropped off at the beginning of your stay.
-Body towels, hand towels and face towels will be in the plastic packaging as well

-Fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals.
-Large dining table with 6 chairs great to enjoy a meal or play a board game
-Drip coffee as well as a Keurig available
-Plenty of cabinet space

LIVING ROOM
-Large couch and rocking chair. There is also a big bean bag to curl up on for a nap or watching a movie
-43 inch smart tv

-1/2 bath on the first floor
-Large bathroom with shower/tub combo on the second floor

-2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and bunk beds

Perfect getaway!

Great spot close to beach and within walking distance to Pier and downtown! Property is new, modern and clean inside. Plenty of space for the 6 of us adults and teens. Mary was very responsive to messages and left a little housewarming gift for us. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Had a 5 night stay for a family vacation. This condo was a good size for our family of 3 and super close to the pier. We found the beds to be on the firmer side- but not a deal breaker. Mary was the absolute best host before and during the trip. She helped us plan our trip from restaurants to family friendly activities outside of OOB and Maine. There is a train that runs throughout the night- so you will hear the horn every now and then. AGAIN not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value

Mary was very accessible and had outstanding communication. Condo was perfect size for our family. Linen service was also a great addition to this property. Day trips are easy and convenient to Portland and Keenebunkport to name a few. The condo was very neat and tidy. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier: location was fantastic. Looking forward to returning again in the future. Just a side note: parking was very tight for our supercrew truck - we parked off to the side on the grass. Also, you are near the Amtrac tracks so you will hear the horn as it passes through the area.

Property was well equipped and close to the beach

We stayed during July when it was hot and humid. Great beach weather. We ended up loading a truck with all of our beach gear - for six people and dropped it at the end of a public way while someone stayed with it. Then max of 10 minutes walk, the rest of the family joined at the beach. Mary was excellent in communicating with any question and quick to respond. The condo was well equipped and the AC units were very welcomed in the bedrooms and the living room. With the second 1/2 bath, it made it very easy with the six of us. It was easy getting around down by the pier on foot and by car. My grandson loved the rides! I would return to this location again. Thank you Mary.

Second stay for our family

This is the second year we stayed at this property. Mary was great to work with and very accommodating each time. Had everything we needed, well stalked, and she even left a little basket with some treats and beach essentials. Property is a short walk to beach, pier, shopping and restaurants. Great vacation rental

This rental is a perfect spot for a quick 10 minute walk down to the Pier and beach. The unit has all the amenities we needed during our stay. It was clean and comfortable for our family. Mary was great with communicating with us. She is an exceptional host. Our family enjoyed our rental and time in OOB.

We had a very nice stay at this nice condo just a few walking distance from the pier and the beach. Everything is there to accommodate you ! You just have to bring your food. Mary is a great host. Very easy to talk with her and have every answers to your questions !

Great Maine trip

Location was great, quick walk down to pier and beach. Owner was so responsive and communicated quickly and effectively. House had everything we needed and the owner even left a cute little care package for us, such a nice touch! We go to Maine every year and have always had minor issues with the places, so nice to know we found a place that we would absolutely stay again!

Très bien situé!

Superbe appartement « kids friendly » et situé a 5 minutes du pier. La cuisine est super bien équipé et l’accès à la climatisation était bien apprécié. Je recommande et n’hésiterait pas a y retourner.

Great stay!

It was great. Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Mary was great with communication and left us a nice welcome basket. The property is walking distance to the beach and pier where all the food, rides, and games are. And also a convenient location to drive to Ogunquit/York area and Portland/Cape Elizabeth for sight seeing. The condo was mostly very clean, with a few overlooked details like dirty bathmat and doors, a little mold on the shower rail, but I would still highly recommend staying here.

We had a very nice time. House was very clean upon arrival. Lots to do during the day and night for the older teens. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of sleeping room for 6 people. AC's were appreciated during the hottest week so far this summer. Host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Great Family Spot!

Adorable, updated, two story condo with plenty of room for everyone to relax and play. Easy walk to the beach, pier and Main Street area. The property manager was engaging, helpful and a great communicator. We’ll be back for sure!

Too much work upon arrival

After a long flight from South Florida we had no linens on the beds and had to make our own beds up. There were no towels, we got towels and linens delivered in a bag later, there were no luggage racks so all luggage was on the floor which packing and unpacking kills your backs, there were dishes in the kitchen strainer that were washed and never put away properly,. Cleaning products and big box of cleaning rags in the kitchen area. The inside of place smelled stale and of 2nd hand smoke. Not fresh. The smoke alarm in the bedroom needed fresh batteries as it continually made its random beeping noise. The pictures on Vrbo always look great but once your on property it's not what the picture reveals. We've done vrbo rentals a few times and the rentals should be immaculate especially during these times and with our experience they never have been. I have high standards as I work hard for every cent I earn.
