It consists of a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed upon request), a second bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a spacious, bright living room with a sofa bed and a private terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. The outdoor area (garden and pool) is shared with the other guests of the residence, as is the large private parking lot.
This apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking a secluded spot that’s still close to San Pantaleo (just 2 km away) and a few minutes’ drive from the beaches, nightlife, and restaurants of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo—perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, or simply want to take in breathtaking views and an unforgettable sunrise.
