  • Built with juniper and granite—materials typical of the Gallura region—Romantic Suite Apt. 21 is a charming 40-square-meter open-concept attic suite located on the second floor, featuring a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the property’s shared pool.

    Nestled in the peaceful hills of Cugnana, just a few minutes from the Costa Smeralda, the suite is part of the exclusive Club degli Artisti, a unique place created by the Sardinian sculptor Salvatore Varrucciu, known as Varallo. More than just a place to stay, the Club degli Artisti is a retreat inspired by art, creativity, and the timeless charm of Gallura, where every space tells a story and conveys an authentic identity.

    The Romantic Suite also fully embodies this artistic spirit, with creative details and artistic touches that make your stay an experience unlike any other.
    The room is tastefully furnished and features a double bed and a single bed, sleeping a total of 3 guests, as well as a practical, fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy the garden and the shared pool (open from early June to late September, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.), which are ideal for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. Pets are allowed.

    The location is ideal: the suite is just a few minutes from Olbia, with its restaurants, shops, waterfront bars, and all major amenities. The area’s most famous beaches, such as Pittulongu, Bados, Porto Istana, and Marina Maria, are easily accessible by car and feature crystal-clear waters and white sand.

    Just 4 km away are some of the most beautiful beaches of the renowned Costa Smeralda, while iconic destinations like Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are a short drive away, along with their coves nestled among granite rocks and Mediterranean scrub.
    Nature lovers can explore the Tavolara and Molara Marine Protected Area, ideal for boat trips, snorkeling, and scenic hikes.

    Its proximity to the airport and the port of Olbia makes the property particularly convenient and well-connected.
