The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room complete with bidet and WC. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a small private balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living area and connects seamlessly to the overall layout of the apartment. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining areas of the apartment. Terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation on the generous south-facing terrace.
