The lively little resort of Okrug Gornji on the picturesque island of Ciovo offers a nice selection of restaurants, cafés and stores, as well as a number of beach bars known among the younger generation for their excellent parties. Countless small bays in the surrounding area offer peace and quiet for those who prefer privacy, while beautiful pebble beaches with plenty of shallow spots make it a perfect place for families with children. Adventure seekers have at their disposal a rich variety of sports and adventure facilities, including a diving center, tennis, soccer and basketball, as well as beach volleyball, surfing, parasailing and all kinds of water sports activities.
