This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. The staff there when we checked in, Amy and Jason, were amazing! The room was nice and cozy! Breakfast was delivered and was delicious! There were so many different things to see: an rock arch with a cross and fire pit, a koi fish pond, several paths, a vineyard. The main house had an awesome deck to sit on containing wooden rocking chairs and a gazebo. The property was lit with string lights giving it a calm, peaceful and if you wanted one, a romantic feel. We LOVED it and have booked another stay!

This was a neat property, and the breakfast was great. It was fun to get to order breakfast the night before, and then have it delivered in the morning to you. The room was nice. The only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet covering it.

Overall it was a great stay. Breakfast was good, there was a coffee/tea bar outside our room. It was very quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. The shower pipes were loud and the bed was ok to sleep in. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay, location was excellent and love the outdoor vibe. There were dead bugs in the room, but that was likely due to the weather and season. Only real downside was no door to the bathroom in our cabin, not a deal changer but was still a surprise. I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful, well kept property. Our room was gorgeous and it was quiet. The bed was a little stiffer than I like and the outlet near the bed needs replacing. I was very thankful for the 2 bottles of water in the fridge and the incredible jetted tub! The grounds are so amazing. We opted out of breakfast, but will be reserving again in a few weeks and will include it then.

Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I did have trouble figuring out how to work the jets in my cottage. Next time I'll ask!

Property details on website states that cookware, dishes, utensils are provided but there are only knives, forks, 1 plate, 2 mugs, 2 plastic tall cups. Wish there are more lightings or make lights white because the unit looks dark. Breakfast is good. We like that they are served in our unit so we can sleep in. Complete bathroom amenities. Clean unit. Property is close to thunderbird Lake.

Staff was amazing, quickly responding to texts & in person. Beautiful surroundings to sit on your porch & walk over to the Koi pond full of fish & blooming Lilly pads & the trees are all lit up at night. Will definitely stay here again!

ate at their restaurant, very good food! Kudos to the chef! The property had a lot of scenery: a vineyard, a pond, an arch, mature trees. Stayed overnight at their inn. Each unit was unique. It was clean and spacious. Would stay there again and again

The room had cockroaches live present in the bathroom and there was hair and dirt in the sheets on the bed. The owner assured us she was going to issue a refund and apologized for the condition of the room. After 2 weeks and several text strings I find myself writing this review and wishing I had checked the Google reviews as well before having to escalate the dispute to my credit card company. Seems there are several such stories to be found when one starts searching

The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.

The grounds are gorgeous! Cool pond with goldfish and turtles. Jet tub in my room with bath salts, lotion, robes, warming candle and breakfast brought to our room. Small kitchenette fully stocked with condiments and silverware.

Very nice place to stay with beautiful scenery. Staff was Extremely friendly and breakfast menu is served in the room was a nice touch (we had the Denver omelets and pancake/egg/bacon breakfasts, which were very good). This is our new place to stay in the Norman area. One note: this was our fault for not noticing when booking, but there are some upper-floor rooms with stairs only.

We will be back! Some improvements though would be replace mattresses (hard or broken down), improve quality of breakfasts, provide half n half instead of powdered creamer at self serve coffee machines, include pastries or muffins in breakfast offerings, and dust blinds please.

The location is nice . refrigerator. Leaked water from the top and dripped on our food we had in it. Breakfasts were ok. Nothing to write home about. One morning we ordered blue berry pancakes. They were so bad I couldn’t eat them. Plus each pancake had 4 blueberries right in the middle of the cake. Lol Our first day our Oj was bad. Soured. The pictures on the website do not Match What is in the rooms. The young lady that delivered are breakfasts was very pleasant. Best part of the stay.

The food just left nothing that we would really want. They advertise a hot tub actually it was just a bathtub not actual hot tub. The bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t even spend the night. We ended up going home and it was our anniversary so we lost out all the money that we paid and didn’t even stay the couch was so uncomfortable. We couldn’t even enjoy sitting on it watching a movie.
