Mid century modern Boho home under 10 mins from OU Stadium that can fit everyone with plenty of space. You're close to everything right off Main St and less than 5 mins from I-35.
We have everything you need to make yourself feel at home from a mixology set with block ice to the original Nintendo to play all the old school games! If you want something more low key, cozy up to the fireplace, and read a book on our leather couch while listening to your favorite tunes on our record player!

The space
The Knox is our home away from home that comes with 5 memory foam beds located in a quiet neighborhood. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are an open concept for an inclusive vibe. From the moment you pull up, you'll be greeted by the pops of bright turquoise throughout. As you enter the house you'll see through the big windows with tons of natural light calling out to the large backyard. Then you'll notice the double width chaise lounge sofa and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making meals for a group. Enjoy coffee in the mornings on the private back patio dining area or sunset conversations around the cozy fire pit. The large backyard is landscaped beautifully with huge trees and tall grasses. You're in the middle of the city but once you step into the backyard oasis you'll be surrounded by lots of natural elements of inviting nature.

All bedrooms have: blackout curtains, box fans and extra pillows of various types for your comfort to ensure you have an excellent night of sleep.

This home comes equipped with a small washer/dryer combo and a mini dishwasher. We have Wifi internet and two Smart TV's provided for use during your stay. Log into your own streaming services and watch at your preference!

At this time, the floor to ceiling fireplace in main living room is decorative and inoperable for fire usage. However feel free to grab any book off the mantle and cozy up to the electric gray fireplace in the secondary living room with the push of a button. (Can be flickering "flame" only or feel the added heater also.)

This is NOT a party home. It is intended to be a relaxing and quiet retreat for our guests. We do have strict Home Rules in order to best protect your experience and those of our close friends that we are honored to call neighbors. We have had the absolute pleasure curating relationships with them and ask that you, as our guest, honor that. Our neighbors mean the most to us, and we want to protect their environment while we offer you the relaxing and inviting atmosphere of The Knox. Please respect quiet hours for outdoors as you linger in the front yard or hang out around the fire pit in the evenings. Children under age of 12 are welcome to climb and play on our Ninja Obstacle Course strung across two huge trees or the 10 foot climbing dome--At Your Own Risk. We are not held liable for any injuries. Damage to either of these as a result of misuse will result in replacement fee. This is a Zero Tolerance Policy for any adults to use.

ABSOLUTELY:
NO PARTIES! NO PETS! NO SMOKING of any kind! NO ILLEGAL DRUGS! NO FOOD IN BEDROOMS.

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please respect our housekeepers time.

*Garage and Hallway locked closets are Owners and are not accessible to guests.

Please tread carefully on the mosaic tile floors located on the front and back porches, during wet weather.

COVID19 and Flu Season:
In the wake of COVID19 and its variants, if during your stay you or one of your group members begin to experience symptoms of COVID19 or the seasonal flu, we ask that you simply send us a courtesy message prior to your Check Out. This will allow us to make our Sanitation Team aware in order to carry out special COVID19 sanitation protocol, as well as protect themselves from exposure while carrying out their duties. We truly appreciate your willingness to cooperate within this policy! Safety is of upmost importance to us!

Other things to note
We love music! Besides a piano, we have a ukulele, record player and Bluetooth speakers for you to use! Our kitchen is stocked with general spices, oils, and some baking items. We even have several diffusers for your own essential oils if you want to bring them. If you need something special, just ask us, we may already have it or be able to get it for you!

Feel free to take advantage of our huge backyard! We have cornhole & Kan Jam for you to use while your kids play. Or maybe just relax by the fire pit, which seats 6, and have some cold drinks or use our roasting sticks to make s'mores!

Amazing…is understatement for this place! It felt like home, is was clean, it was comfortable, it was relaxing. The soaps, cleaning supplies, and extras were all natural, essential oils that made it feel extra special. Even the toilet paper was upscale and not the cheap stuff. I can’t wait to go back and stay. Oh, and the host—easy communication, kind, and so helpful! Thank you!
