The house itself looked nice and had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was disappointing. I would rate the cleanliness about a 2 out of 10. There were items left in one of the beds and we even found dirty dishes under a bed, which made it feel like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned before our stay.Another big issue was that we weren’t able to use all of the amenities that were advertised. The hot tub was not running, and we were not made aware of that before booking. That was one of the features we were looking forward to, so it was frustrating to find out after we arrived.Overall, the property looked nice in photos, but considering the cleanliness issues and not being able to use the advertised amenities, I don’t feel the price we paid was worth it.

Those house was very dirty, if you walked around in your socks or bare feet they turned black. There was dog food all over the inside of the kitchen cabinets. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. My mother in law found an open condom in her bed. There was a dildo in the kitchen cabinet, and illegal stuff in the garage. The hot tub did not work. Just an overall poor experience.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give a low rating to this property as it has so much potential. However, the house is in disrepair, is dark and the pictures on the listing are deceiving. The furniture is old and in bad shape, like second or third hand that has not been taken care of. The mattress in one of the master bedrooms had indentions where people had slept like it was old and worn out. It lacked support and was not comfortable. When we stripped the sheets, the mattress covers on some beds had pee stains so we removed those too to be laundered and of course there were stains on the mattresses as well. It appears the cleaning service only dusts the top of the furniture but not the sides. The dust was built up very thick on the sides of the night stands in the master BR. The drawers in the dressers were dirty and almost fell out when you opened them as were the drawers in the kitchen. There were almost zero supplies like toilet paper and paper towels on hand. Nor were there enough washcloths. We had to purchase TP the first day of our stay and had to wash washcloths everyday to have clean ones daily for all of us. We had 8 people staying. If we were at capacity per the listing, there would not have been enough wash clothes for everyone to shower each day. Bottom line, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone and would go as far as to say VRBO needs to remove this listing until the owner makes significant improvements. Not worth the nightly rate!!

Pool was fine, but the house was cleaned poorly with hair left in bathtubs and showers, and little cleaning behind doors etc. We had children there in bare feet, and had to clean off their feet frequently. Some dishes were dirty, kitchen was poorly equipped with few dishes, no silverware and very little cooking equipment. We had to purchase everything needed to cook for our stay. No dish towels, no soap, no dishwasher soap, no salt and pepper, basically nothing. Many drawers in kitchen and bedrooms were broken. The AC did work, the pool was fine and we had a nice stay but will not be back here and will seriously consider not using Vrbo any more to book. I would like our cleaning fee back as the property was poorly cleaned if at all.

The house is a perfect place to stay for large families or a day party with the pool. The host is extremely accomodating. However. We chose this place because of the space but mainly the pool, and hot tub. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was dysfunctioning. It was like a 3 foot bubble of water in the middle with zero water coming out of the jets. I noted prior to arrival that review 7/21 noted the home was dirty. The home was dirty on our arrival as well. Not like nasty...but needed deep cleaned. It had not been derp cleaned in a long time. As in dusted, swept behind doors cobwebs from door jams to the patios or from patio tables and chairs or from the fireplace inside The worst part was the grill was in such bad shape we went to burn it off and it had not been tended in so long it had a large wasp nest. We had to purchase wasp spray, grill cleaner, scrubber. Our meal time we 3 and 5 year old children was delayed until 930pm. And the indoor oven was just as bad as the grill. We spent a large amount of money for ribeye steaks...and no steak knives. WELL. We scraped together 4 we could use. But my 84 yr old father used his pocket knife. For the expense of this VRBO. NO steak knives. Oh...and the master vanity has to outlets. Well niether one worked. I have gone over this list in detail with the host. I sent pictures to someone to assist house keeping...but I felt anyone spending this kind of money needs to make an informed decision.

We loved the pool and game room!! Loved lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. The kitchen was large and plenty of room for storage but the dishwasher was not mounted in and was difficult to load because it kept falling out! The washer did not spin and I had to hand wring out all of our pool towels. The air conditioning unit was very difficult to figure out and we woke up freezing in the night. Didn’t find any renter instructions so we stripped the beds we used and put all dirty laundry on top of the washer as we have at other rentals. The security system beeped all the time. Again no instructions on the security system. Pool chair were broken when we arrived.

I would like to start with the positives. The house was very spacious it had the amount of beds mentioned in the description. The pool was nice and clean and the AC worked great. Now for some things that need improvement. When I arrived at the property the yard had not been mowed and the grass was tall in the front and the back. The house unfortunately was not clean. Lots of dust throughout the house. The floors in especially the middle bathroom behind the door looked like it hadn’t been swept at all. We took a rag and wiped it up a little because it was gross. The chairs in the dining room were not stable and one was for sure broken so we moved it aside to not cause anymore damage to it. The kitchen drawers did not close or open good maybe off the slides. When we went to use the dishwasher we opened it pulled out a rack and the whole unit pulled away from the casing. So we pushed it back in and hand washed the cups. There was a hole in the wall by the sliding glass door in the dining room. The outdoor table was not stable it had missing screws on the legs so we tried to tighten those up and the ceiling fan was so dirty we didn’t want to turn it on in fear of what might fall off. In the game room the door had a crack in it so you could see the outside light. I think they have to disclose they have security cameras and they did not. Which is fine but would have been nice to have known. Plus we had a mouse run across the kitchen floor. This house has potential needs TLC
