Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. Also debris on the floor,, like not vacuumed. Bed seemed clean, but would not stay here again with other options available in area. Breakfast was minimal muffins, bagels, juice. I love everything about this hotel. I didn’t use the pool, hot tub or gym but I heard people having fun at the pool area. I stayed at this hotel just for 2 nights to attend a friend’s graduation. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. They also have a breakfast area that you pay for which opens at 7:00 AM. The price is $17.99 plus tax making this $19.07 as of May of 26. To get to the Lobby, had to use an escalator, signage nearly non-existent to find lobby, security then point me to follow purple carpet. Had to go through casino and that's when I spotted ..."
