Set on a peaceful hillside overlooking the west valley of Ojai, Rancho Estate is a private retreat surrounded by rolling hills and a small grove of young avocado trees. The estate offers a quiet, secluded escape while remaining just minutes from Ojai’s village, shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.

When reserved in full, Rancho Estate includes the main house, its attached 2-bedroom suite and 1-bedroom guesthouse, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The main house features three bedrooms, including an upstairs primary suite with a California king bed, fireplace, private balcony, and modern bath with soaking tub and shower. A bedroom with 2 twin beds upstairs and a queen bedroom downstairs provide space and privacy for families or friends. The living room, dining area, and kitchen open to a patio with a swimming pool, barbecue, and outdoor dining area, perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

The 2-bedroom suite, with its own entrance, offers a king bed, separate queen bedroom, kitchenette, sitting area, washer/dryer, and full bath, providing additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups. The attached guesthouse is a private one-bedroom space with a queen bed, full kitchen, modern bath, and separate entrance, ideal for couples or guests seeking a quiet retreat.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the pool, barbecue, and dining area, or take a short walk to a scenic hillside lookout near the avocado grove with sweeping valley views. The estate combines communal spaces for gathering with private areas for quiet reflection, making it perfect for family vacations, friends’ getaways, or extended stays.

Private Wellness Stays
Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA), hosted by our ministry, Sacred Ground Ojai. Through intentional hospitality, thoughtful property stewardship and selected space-transformation projects, we create places that are beautiful, peaceful and deeply cared for. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit.

Pool Heating - Add-on
Pool heating is available for 2 day stays ($280), 3 day stays ($350) and an additional $70/day for longer stays.

Pets
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $95 pet fee applies.
Quiet property — no parties or loud music. Quiet hours 9 PM. Supervise children (pool & stairs). No smoking. Registered guests only.
