It was a little challenging to find the property itself, and it’s a little bit of a walk, especially if you’re pulling a suitcase behind you, from Sendai station, but overall it was a decent stay. 喫煙室でしたが臭いも気にならず、綺麗なお部屋でした。部屋に着いてすぐ、バスルームに入ろうとしたら、中から鍵がかかっていて入れず。遅い時間だったので自分でコインを使ってノブ下のねじを回して開けましたが、中に誰かいるかと怖かったです。人を呼べば良かったですね。開き切らないロックがはずみで閉まってしまったトラブルと思いますが、清掃時チェックが必要ですね。

部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。 また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。 バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。 お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。 ...

チェックイン方法のメールが届かず、問い合わせ先に連絡しても返答がなかった。 直接現地に行き電話確認の後に無事にチェックインできました。 電話対応はご丁寧に頂き申し分ありませんでした。
