Private oasis by Ogunquit beach!!

Located 3 mins from the Footbridge beach and 5 mins from the center of Ogunquit by car.

The home is filled with natural lighting and open space for a family to relax and unwind.

Home is decorated with furniture and furnishings from Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware. The backyard is fully fenced in for your four legged family member to sniff and roam around

Guest will have access to the main and 2nd floor, no access to basement/garage. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Air conditioning.

Amazing outdoor space, off the sitting room with a dinning and sitting area and gas Weber grill and Blackstone griddle. The lower deck has a sitting area with table and chairs across from the hot tub.

The backyard hosts in-ground pool with pool house. Please note the pool is not heated.

We keep the listing up to date so if dates you are viewing are showing as available it is free to book! Pool will be open till late October!

Amazing home with fun amenities! Loved the sound system, deck, and kitchen! Our dog especially loved the huge fenced in yard. When she’s happy, we’re happy! Not to mention the house is very close to downtown and nearby attractions. Would love to come back!

Perfect vacation for our family and pets. All the amenities needed were available. Kitchen fully stocked with all the kitchen needs. The dining room was just the perfect size for the whole family to eat and play games. It was a great vacation for us.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities we were able to utilize during our stay. One thing we didn’t realize till we arrived though was that the house borders the Maine Turnpike so at times the background noise of vehicles passing was a bit loud. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend to others looking to vacation in Ogunquit!

Wonderful vacation

Our family has a lovely time at this impeccable property. Our family loved the pool, backyard and close proximity to the beach and downtown Ogunquit. The home was perfect - spacious, clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation

Fantastic place

Everything was great ! And our dogs loved it Pool was great but a bit cold but we had a very hot day while there so it was refreshing on that day . So close to down town and beach . Yard was big and completely fenced in . We used tge hot tub and everyone loved it . Beds were very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and beautiful area

The house, yard & pool were immaculate. The property was exactly as described per Vrbo. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Before our stay when I had a question Joseph answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this property. The location was great. Close to the town & beach but far enough away to have our privacy.

Family Vaca

Our family vacation was a such a great time & the house & grounds were exactly what we needed for our family. Plenty of room for everyone & the pool & hot tub made it even more special! We loved that we were so close to the beach & downtown Ogunquit too! After a nice day at the beach, we took a dip in the pool, then cooked on the grill & relaxed on the deck. Joe always replied very quickly to answer any questions I had & helped with suggestions of area grocery stores too. All contributed to our fun yearly family vacation!

Even better in person!!!!

The house is fabulous! Great location, every amenity you can think of, and a yard that would make any dog (or human, for that matter) think they died and went to heaven. Joe is a terrific host! He gave us a list of suggested places to go and every one we tried (Leavitt Theatre, Front Porch Piano Bar, Rose Cove (the fire pit tables!)) lived up to expectations. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Girls Trip!!!

A group of seven nurses decided to take a girls trip. I stumbled upon this home during my search, and boy was I glad. This home is more than anyone can expect. The pictures do not do it justice. To say we greatly enjoyed our stay in an understatement. The location was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were a bonus.The beds were super comfortable and the home was clean with plenty of everyday supplies. The owner Joe was beyond attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect Getaway

Our family has been vacationing in Maine for over 15 years. This was by far our favorite rental. The location as great and home was spotless and perfectly decorated inside and out. The backyard felt like we were staying at a fancy resort but better with our own hot tub and private pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and beds were super comfy. Fantastic

This house literally has everything you could need, you only need to pack your clothes! They have thought of everything, and it was such a relaxing vacation. Great location, but yes, there is highway noise if that bothers you. The amenities definitely outweigh the only con in the entire house. Would go back again without hesitation. My kids, dogs and husband were so happy.

Delightful week in Ogunquit!

The house and especially the outdoor facilities are marvelous. We had our children and grandchildren visit, and they made full use of the hot tub, swimming pool and the huge sand pit. All of the appliances and amenities worked very well, including the a/c that kept the whole house cool. Joseph was very responsive to the few questions that we had. All in all a great place: I expect to visit again!

Amazing Time in Ogunquit

Having traveled to Ogunquit for >25 years and stayed everywhere from B&B's, to hotels, to the gorgeous Cliff House (for many years) - we decided to try something new this year. We are in our late 40s and mom is 77. The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing, giant and beyond clean. The grounds are meticulous - many sitting areas; gorgeous pool (a little too cold for June) and impressive hot tub. A sonos sound system can be heard in every room and every outdoor space - simply perfection. Matthew our host was extremely communicative and kind leading up to and throughout the trip. The beds are super comfortable. Depending on the time of day - you can drive to downtown in about 10 minutes. The only mini challenges that we faced included: 1) No railings - the steps from the driveway to the front door are extremely steep and there is no railing. One of the staircases inside and one part of the outdoor deck also did not have railings. Though mom is in great shape, a railing would have helped (even for us :-)). 2) Highway/Car Noise - When the sound system is turned off - you quickly realize the house borders I-95. With that said, the sound of cars on the highway could be heard all night long in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. One of the 3 bedrooms has a tv that could be used to help drown the sound out. The overall stay receives a 5 + star rating!!! The amount of space and privacy that you experience renting this house outweighs any hotel in town. Thank you to Matthew and Joe - you created a really special place. We had a blast - and a lot of laughs - and created wonderful memories that we will be talking about for years to come. Oh - and thank you for sending us the most superb weather also!

Séjour parfait à Ogunquit après 2 ans de pandémie!

Belle maison super fonctionnelle pour une famille! Nous étions accompagnés de nos enfants et conjoint et notre petite-fille de 16 mois. La cour est incroyable, piscine creusée et spa et très grand terrain. A quelques minutes de notre plage préférée, Footbridge beach. Beaucoup de commodités. Nous recommandons.

Great Family Getaway

"I like this better than our 'old' house!" announced my 5yo after being there for an hour. Both the house and property were perfect for a quick family get away in October. House is set up perfectly for a family of 5 to spend downtime without getting in each other's way. Outside was even better. Yard was bigger than expected and the pool was offset enough that I wasn't concerned about them getting too close (supervision still required). Bi-level deck was also ideal for setting up kids' meals in their own space. Location is great even with the quickest route to path to Route under construction. Owner was very communicative and helpful as well. Would come back.

Great late August getaway

The property is very clean and the backyard and deck were perfect for our family - including 3 kids (11,9,4 - a dog) and a set of grandparents. The hosts have thought of everything - there is wired sound throughout, smartTV, beach gear, tons of seating out back, a sparkling clean pool, dog waste bags, soap/shampoo, dishwasher + washer/dryer - everything you need in the kitchen. You can truly just pack your clothes and come for a comfortable stay. They were also super responsive when I texted looking for some recommendations in the area. As the property is on a main road you really need to take the car to enjoy the town and beach as walking/biking with younger kids is not an option. I would definitely stay here again with our family.

Excellent Maine vacation house

The property had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The house is very well maintained and decorated with great amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, speaker system throughout the property). And the location is ideal - very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was extremely easy to work with as well. My kids asked 'when can we come back?' before we left the driveway.
