Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to ...

I chose property solely for hot tub and unfortunately this was not functional I felt I paid 150$ for nothing I live 10 minutes away so truly didn’t even need to rent the room we simply wanted to relax and the feature was not available
