Spacious, well appointed. (1100 sq. ft) Quick access to mountain trails (1/2 mile away), Mt. Ben Lomond, Mt. Lewis, Canal road (Ogden to Brigham City easy grade)plethora of biking trails, convenient retail shopping, 10 minutes to downtown Ogden nightlife. 20 minutes from Pine View Reservoir. 30 minutes from Willard Bay. 35 minutes to Great Salt Lake. Safe area for family. Public park with play area close by. Fenced yard with children's outdoor toys. North Ogden Arena 1/2 mile away.
Large Covered Bar B Cue area, fire pit, East Side of property out of the sun for comfort and enjoyment. Large bathroom with large walk in shower / separated toilet. Kitchen is well stocked. Mountain Spring water available https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/stump-spring . Our guests have really enjoyed this with a dispenser cold for after a ride, or hot for a beverage you like. Guest Suite has private, well lit entrance just a few steps away from off street driveway parking. Trailer parking available with electric service 115 with prior arrangement and additional fee. Small Peach orchard adjacent to property with seasonal product for sale. Nothing as good as an off the tree peach in season. Outdoor yard toys available for use Croquet, Bocchi ball etc .. 2 kayaks, one pictured and available to rent on property daily, range of life vests as well. Great venue for a wedding reception (50 people outdoors), family gathering, birthday. Laundry available onsite by arrangement. Quiet. Owner has 2 well behaved dogs on property that are strictly separated from guests and children at all times, unless of course you are in need of some comfort therapy by your choice - and can use some doggie love and affection ( no charge for the loves) just want to let people know who may have allergies - they happen! just want you to know in advance. Relative to animals... Your pet 900 lb gorilla won't work out but ask us first about your pets we want your stay to be peaceful, good resting and comfortable our pets are part of us and added fees will apply Television has free basic Amazon Prime and Peacock services and too many free channels to describe. You can screen cast from your phone or tablet as well.

This is a wonderful apartment! I was impressed with how spacious it is; there were plenty of handy places to put our stuff, including the white benches in the bedroom (great for leaving our suitcases open) and the console table in the bathroom, which allowed us to keep the counter by the sink clear. The bed was comfortable and the nightstands were large (a plus for all the things I like to keep bedside). The kitchen is very well-appointed. The shower is Ah-mazing! There are lots of outlets and a fabulous view from the backyard, and Jackie is very welcoming and accommodating.A few things to note: the laundry is in Jackie's home, not in the unit, which I missed when I booked. She's very flexible about scheduling time to use the laundry facilities, though. The light switches could use labels, since some of the light switch banks contain 3 or 4 switches (not a big deal, more of a would-be-nice). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jackie, the host(ess), was extremely welcoming and offered to go above and beyond to make our Christmas stay wonderful. Beautiful location, and the environment was absolutely perfect for what I needed for traveling with family and a dog! It was a great place for us to spend our Christmas holiday.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The check-in was seamless and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The property has a large, fully fenced backyard which was wonderful for my dogs to stretch their legs after a long roadtrip. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, coffee, tea, and ice. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope to stay here again on our next roadtrip.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean

Jackie was lovely and very accommodating. We arrived late and she opened the door forbus and turned on some lights so it wouldn't be pitch black when we got there. The beds were very comfortable and the bethroom was HUGE with a nice big shower. Our dogs had a nice run outside in the yard to expend some energy after a long day in the car. I would recommend this stay.

Fishing Trip

The owner made sure we had a secure place to park our boat. Secure neighborhood. Minutes from Willard Bay. Good clean comfortable bed and bath. The yard is secure for our dog to run and stretch out.

Perfect stay

The space was large and very well appointed. Everything you may need is in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely! I need a shower like that at home. Our pup LOVED the backyard area and enjoyed some buddy time with the owners dogs. And the owner was incredible. Super kind and accommodating. Helpful and always available. We are so grateful we could stay in such a wonderful place that was affordable. Thank you!

So cute and comfy!!!

This place is decorated so cute and the king bed was so comfortable!! Lots of extra touches and everything you could need. We were just there for a quick overnight on a road trip but it would be a great place to stay for a full vacation. One thing to note is that it is in the basement under the owners’ home. Separate entrance and completely private but it was unclear to us in the original listing that it was a part of the owner’s actual home where they reside. We would absolutely stay there again!! Just thought people might like to know that detail before booking.

This is a very well equipped apartment. The host was kind and responsive. Communication was stellar with clear instructions, and easy check in and out processes. CLEAN and cozy. We enjoyed the board games and the gorgeous back yard. 5 stars and more!

Great basement suite

Good communication from host. Spacious and updated basement suite. Everything you could want and need for a pleasant stay. Reasonable drive thru the canyon to Ogden Nordic. Only stayed for one night with my partner but this would be great place for a small family or for an extended stay.
