please dispose of trash in backyard dumpsters located in ally prior to checking out. access through gate in backyard. also please lock front and back doors prior to checking out.
backyard furniture stays outside, do not bring inside home. you will be charged for damages

any damage to property or rules broken will be required a additional monetary fee. based on any damage left behind or rule broken . such as an additional $250 cleaning fee. or cost to replace such broken item. and if any cleaning or sanitary cleaning supplies are missing
no pets/ animals allowed
If animals are found on property a $5,000 cleaning fee will be charged.

12 guests max this includes children. any additional guests you will be charged an additional 250.00 fee per person.
check out is at 11am, anytime after 11:30am is a late check out and you will be changed another $250.00 fee
we have a check out time for a reason, our cleaning crew is a schedule to clean on time to be ready for next guest arriving , and late check outs cause late check ins for future guest, please be respectful.
