THE VIEW: Enjoy a sensational ocean view from the deck, perfect for capturing sunset shots. The ocean-view balcony also features a Bar Style Bistro set for 4, allowing you to relax and savor your morning coffee or enjoy delicious meals while watching the surf and sailboats.


POOL, SPA AND GYM: Access two pools, two spas, and a world-class gym and facilities. After your workout, freshen up in the men's and women's facilities, which include a sauna. All amenities are included at no extra cost with your rental.

THE LOCATION: Situated in building "A" at the North Coast Village Resort, just steps away from the beach on the second floor with elevator service for convenient access.

AIR CONDITIONING: Two portable units are provided, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, available during the summer months only. Note: Due to voltage limitations in the condo, only one unit can be used at a time.

KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 8+.

LIVING AREA: Ample seating for the whole family with a comfortable full-size sofa sleeper couch and two oversize seating chairs that convert into twin sleepers. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV with extended cable channels. A gas fireplace adds ambiance on cool winter days (turned off by the HOA in summer months). The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 4 at the bar.

BATHROOM: 1-bath unit with a walk-in shower and separate vanity.

SLEEPING: Accommodates 4 guests with two Queen beds in the Master bedroom and a Full Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

LOCAL AREA: Unit A221 is located in the quieter "A" building of North Coast Village, featuring its own pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, laundry facilities, and ping pong table. Guests also have access to main area amenities with a gate key. Enjoy nearby activities such as dining, jet ski rentals, kayak excursions, and more.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival and will be sent to you via a link to our website upon your VRBO booking reservation.

EXTRAS INCLUDED FREE: High-Speed Internet, 1 assigned Garage parking space, pillows, towels (including beach) and linens. Extra parking can be accommodated in 24 hour increments by permit and is first come first serve.

EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED: Additional amenities such as Beach Umbrella and Chairs, Boogie Boards, Putters, Ping Pong equipment, Home office setup, Beach Sand Accessories for kids, Early and Late Check-in/out options are available at an additional cost. You will have an opportunity to book these items online before your arrival when you sign our rental agreement. These products and services are optional and are not mandatory for your stay.

DESCRIPTION OF FEES CHARGED: These fees are included in the service charge and are not additional.
- CLEANING: Fee for professional cleaning conforming to CDC guidelines.
- LAUNDRY: Fee for laundry service covering linens, sheets, towels, etc.
- ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Charged by HOA for facility fob, gate keys, and parking permit delivery at arrival.

- DAMAGE COVERAGE: $59 Fee covering up to $1,500 in damage protection is mandatory but will be reimbursed to you upon arrival.

Girls Getaway

We had the best time, just a short walk to the beach! The accommodations were perfect - one of the most well stocked kitchen I have seen. We also appreciated having plenty of seating and the ability to stream to the smart TV. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which is something that is often hard to find in a vacation rental.

Oceanside summer get away

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located right near the beach. The pool and hot tub were close by as well. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops. I would recommend it for a family getaway.

Fantastic Condo

This is a fantastic condo! Bright, clean, and comfortable. Its just a short walk to the beach. We loved the deck with the ocean view! The hosts are responsive to questions. I cannot recomend this stay enough!

Perfect Oceanside Getaway - Steps from the Beach!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in our Oceanside escape. The location was unbeatable - just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in Oceanside!

Nice, clean condo, good location, steps to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, and the amenities the condo had to offer. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The side ocean view from the condo balcony was great, and listening to the ocean waves all night was fantastic. We also loved the convenience of walking everywhere, from the condo. And, how close we were to the beach Overall we had a great stay, and enjoyed being in Oceanside.

Very much enjoyed staying in this Condo. Nicely furnished and decorated with a beachy vibe. Clean, well equipped. Good location near the beach with a partial ocean view. Secure Parking is underground and convenient. Walking distance to the pier and good restaurants. Would be happy to stay here again

Oceanside Getaway

Great location. Nicely appointed rental. Not cheesy beach decor. Appreciated the quality of furnishings, etc. 2 tvs with cable and extras, 2 ceiling fans, good coffee, convenient parking. Highly recommend.

Great location beds super comfortable full kitchen to cook our holiday meal

The property was cozy great view of the ocean to enjoy your coffee in the morning or the sunset. It was perfect setting to enjoy a holiday with my Marine daughter close to base. Everything is in walking distance the beach, harbor, and the pier. The pools, hot tub, grill and gyms added bonuses.The condo association keeps all facilities beautiful with daily cleaning of all amenities. The host were great and responsive to our needs.

Best possible location.

With the beach right there you can walk to the famous pier. It's also an easy walk over the bridge to the marina with lots of restaurants to choose from. The condo had everything I needed included a nice view from the balcony of the ocean and all the surfers.

Nice place to stay right by the beach

We had a small snafu with the possibility of the water getting turned off for an entire day (9a-5p) during the stay. The host did not seem to think this was a big deal and notified us the day before the water outage, and said we could just use the locker rooms for bathroom and showers as if this was no problem for 8 hours during the day. We were traveling with our one year old and this was not really a great solution. The water shut off was not the host’s fault, it was a HOA/building thing, but I think the host should not have brushed it off initially as no big deal (until I complained about it). The water didn’t end up getting turned off, which is nice, but the back and forth was not really pleasant and really stressed me out on that day thinking about not having water for the entire next day while trying to enjoy our vacation. But overall the unit was nice and pleasant, can’t beat the proximity to the beach.
