The house is an historic but newly renovated inside and outside ,
The House was owned by the city of Oceanside on mission street and was sold about 50 years ago by lottery , a reporter who wrote against selling public property by lottery, he bought the winning ticket , that did beat the odds
Any way there are 2 floors all three bed rooms area upstairs with beautiful views Including the ocean
Huge back yard with fire pit and barbecue setting
Ample parking in front of the house
Please no parking in the back.
