Esta propiedad tiene una sensaci��n c������moda, moderna, pero no deje que el tonto estética que ... hay tesoros ocultos mucho más antigua que se podía adivinar.

    Esta casa tiene 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 ba��os. Ambos dormitorios tienen TV de pantalla plana y de ba�������o ba���������os. El principal tiene una cama matrimonial y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos gemelos. Las habitaciones est��������n en el pasillo entre la sala de estar y 1 coche garaje de estacionamiento. Este pasillo estaba cuidadosamente hechos a mano, para verse y sentirse como arena justo en la playa, que incluso tiene conchas incrustadas en ella!

    El salón de la gran sala tiene una pantalla grande, TV de pantalla plana con cable digital y reproductor de DVD. La mesa de comedor est�� situado entre el salón y la cocina, cerca de la chimenea, frente a un par de puertas francesas que dan a la terraza grande, la playa y el oc��ano.

    La cocina es una obra maestra que cualquier chef o cocinar aficionado disfrutará utilizando. Todos los electrodom���sticos de acero inoxidable, incluyendo un lavavajillas. Alimentados con gas estufa y horno. barra de desayuno, que también da a la terraza de la playa y el océano. encimeras de vidrio reciclado y armarios a medida completan el espacio.

Amazing ocean front rental!

The beach view was beautiful, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the ATV rentals, which made everything so convenient.The home was also very well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of pots, pans, dishes, towels, and other essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we didn't have to worry about bringing much with us.Overall, this is a wonderful place for families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We made so many great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful ocean front home

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. The home is very spacious, very well equipped and very clean. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Very cool and nice place - right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in oceano. This best was very comfortable and easy to quickly get in beach mode. It was well appointed and the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen is quirky but easy to navigate The only thing I missed was that there was a sand hill that blocked seeing the water. But that also kept us nice and private.

Girls trip!! Location was great, beach access amazing. House was perfect for a relaxing girls trip. We went horse back riding in Santa Margarita, had cocktails at Old Juan’s, which is walking distance.. Night time fires in fire pit.. very comfortable home, weather was amazing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the rental, however, there are a couple of things we would recommend for a better experience. The pillows really should be changed. It seems like they are very old and overly used, that was kind of gross. It was kind of the same with the cooking pots and utensils, the non-stick coating was all scraped up on the pots and the utensils were falling apart. Given what we were paying as guests (not family members), the expectation was higher and these essentials should not have been such shabby quality.

It was spotlessly clean, and everything was great. My only suggestion would be to have some chairs that we could take to the beach.

We had a problem with the fireplace heater and CVR came right out and attempted to resolve the problem. They provided an alternate heat source when the fireplace heater couldn't be repaired.

Not worth it

Fireplace and heating didnt work. Management continued to give me instructions that didnt work. 2nd bedroom beds crawling with ants couldn't sleep on the beds had to spray ant spray which then created smell which permeated room. Winds built up dunes and couldn't enjoy the ocean view and winds blowing so you couldnt enjoy the deck or firepit. Don't waste your money. Sent messages via app and no response to even discount our stay. Very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gas burner was left on so I had to call the fired depot. The person in the office I had spoken to acted like I turned it on && didn’t care that if we had went to bed this could have ended in fatalities. This happened the night before my wedding. Yes it is a gorgeous home located on the beach BUT I would not ever recommend staying with any of the properties by this company again since I felt they were uncaring with this issue. So I left a review on there Facebook with more details.

They had everything we needed to cook for our loved ones and even a fire ring to warm our hands as the sun set.
