Indulge in refined coastal living at this oceanfront two-bedroom residence, located within the prestigious Carillon Hotel in Miami Beach—home to one of the most celebrated world-class spas in the region. Wake each morning to the soothing rhythm of turquoise waves and sweeping shoreline views through floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.

This luxurious retreat offers an ideal blend of elegance and comfort. It features two serene bedrooms and two spa-inspired bathrooms designed for total relaxation. The master suite includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds—perfect for families or small groups. A full-sized sofa bed in the living room provides added flexibility.

Relax in the spacious living area or craft light meals in the well-appointed kitchenette, complete with high-end appliances. Entertainment is always within reach with Smart TVs, cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi, while refined furnishings and premium hotel amenities ensure an elevated, resort-style experience.

THE SPACE:

GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities.
The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

While the initial impression may suggest an increased expenditure for your stay, the actuality is a prudent financial decision. Our nightly rate stands notably lower than that of the hotel, ensuring tangible savings. You are empowered with the flexibility to tailor your experience by selecting to use preferred amenities and specifying the days of their inclusion—a privilege not extended in direct bookings with the hotel.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
Transportation options include walking, biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.

Beautiful Miami Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this incredible oceanfront property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views—panoramic, unobstructed, and absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout made the most of the view from nearly every room, and the outdoor space was perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.We would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend.

Needs improvement

The property is beautiful and is a great location. However, there are not a lot of processes in place for certain situations. After a day of traveling, it took over an hour to check in, I think this was due to the resort side of things, but still. They only give you one key and it’s needed to go up the elevator and into the room so we had to pass his key amongst the and it did get lost. There is no process for a new key. When I called the representative straight up said they need to call me back because they don’t know what to do. I went about the day and had to come back to put my infant to take her nap. And I messaged the property the night before in the morning of to make sure that we could get this figured out because we need to get back into the room. I come back to the hotel and it took over an hour to get a new key and I had a very tired fussy toddler running around while waiting on this. Again, I think this was on the resort side of things, but they could’ve saved time at the property had already known what they needed to do and done it before we got back to the hotel to prevent waiting that hour for the new key. It did suck that we couldn’t use the amenities because we booked 10 days soon sooner than when we were going to check in and it does say that in the description, but the resort didn’t have any way of giving us a day pass for the gym. All in all everything Seemed very complicated for minor things.Their hours also don’t make sense to help leaders.
