  • Luxury and amenities abound with this exclusive six bedroom single family home within the well appointed golf community of Bear Trap Dunes. Located steps from the beach shuttle on a cul-de-sac park with fabulous golf and pond views. With recent upgrades, this home is one of the most sought-after in the community. Designed and furnished to appeal to the most discriminating guest, it also offers a relaxed, "feel right at home" vibe. You won't be disappointed--for this home is a retreat in and of itself.

    This customized home is host to six expansive bedrooms. A great room with space enough for the family reunion, dining and fully loaded kitchen all enjoyed as open space. An over-sized screen porch with cushioned porch furniture and dining table, brick rear patio equipped with a gas grill and large gathering area enhances the outdoor living space. Recently installed features include a regulation horseshoe pit and an outdoor shower. A grassed backyard for croquet and bocce and for the kids to run around. Three bedrooms located on the first floor with a spacious Master Bedroom suite including a luxurious bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Three bedrooms located on the second floor with another Master Bedroom suite, two bedrooms shared with a Jack and Jill bath. Of course, all the bedrooms host their own personal flat screen TV. (high speed internet - but try not to work too hard) There is a desk area with monitor and printer if you must.

    Extra special features for that extra special guest. The best of all... The game room. One of its kind. The garage is outfitted as a full service game room. Pool table, ping pong, Foosball, big screen TV, bar area, and more... High Speed access is available throughout the property.

    The award winning Community of Bear Trap is comprised of every amenity imaginable for the guest. 27 Hole championship golf course, indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, tennis, pickle ball, fitness facility, saunas, whirlpool, basketball, sidewalks throughout nice for biking and walking and most popular, a quick shuttle over to the beach. Bear Trap Dunes has a guest fee to access the amenities including the pool, gym, fitness center and tennis courts of $65.00 per person per week ($40.00 off season). Children 3 and under are free.

Family gathering

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it was just as enjoyable the 2nd time around, the owner touched base with issues and worked with an early arrival and even a little mishap while at the house. Very beautiful home and nice quiet community for a relaxed family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised and Jacklyn made the check-in process seamless. Communication was top-notch, all responses were prompt. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make breakfast and dinner for 16 people with no concerns. Overall we were extremely happy with the house and the community. Strongly recommend this property!

Great for family stays

We visited in the off-season, just looking for an affordable house that could accommodate our large extended family, and this was perfect for our gathering to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday! Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and hangout space in the middle. Very comfortable and we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as advertised. It is 7-8 minutes from the beach but away from the crowds. The house was spacious and airy. We will go back again!

Family get away.

We loved the house and the neighborhood. House fit our family, many places to relax, sleep, and share fun times together. Owner quick to respond to questions/concerns. Close to stores, pool, beaches. Great bonding time with family!

Family Time

What a lovely & comfortable house! We especially enjoyed the great room/kitchen area & screened porch. The kitchen was very well stocked with instruments for a plethora of culinary situations. I loved the attention to detail and focus upon potential needs of guests. The home is located in close proximity to food markets, restaurants, shops & beaches. We hope to return to “sea to believe”

Beautiful spacious house

Out stay at your vacation home was wonderful! We stayed for a few days over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for my family. There was more than enough space, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and enough seating for everyone. I loved that there was plenty of books, toys and games for our use. The Christmas tree and fire place made our stay homey and cozy. Thank you again!

Great six bedroom in Bear Trap Dunes

Our large extended family had a very nice time. There were enough beds and rooms for all of us. We especially appreciated the beach amenities in the garage: cooler, wagon, umbrella, and shovel. Also, enjoyed the great location and quiet neighborhood. Only thing that could have been better is if the towels and linens had been provided with the rental.

Great place for a golf trip!

We've stayed in several houses in BTD for our annual golf trip, and this one was great! Perfect size, had all the amenities we needed and a 5 minute drive to the clubhouse. Jaclyn was very responsive to my questions, and allowed us to check in before our Thursday round which was very helpful! Also loved the Penn State touches, given that many of us were either grads or PSU parents. I'd definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful Week!

Our family enjoyed this lovely home for our family that included three couples, an infant, and two little boys. The rooms were the perfect size and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, DR, and LR for everyone to hang out and play games and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The Village of Bear Trap is a beautiful community. We are looking forward to booking this home again in the future!

Overall a great property. The TVs are smaller than expected in bedrooms except the king room. Property was not the cleanest upon arrival. Kitchen well stocked.

Amazing

This beautiful home has everything you could imagine! Back porch was my favorite place to be morning and evening when we weren’t on the beach. The recommendation from the owner to visit Delaware State Park was amazing, not as crowded had a great playground for the kids as well as beautiful bathhouse and restaurant bar. I love the way all of the cabinets were labeled so everything was easy to find. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to going back in the future.
