Admin fee includes: $150 Bay Forest mandatory fee (non-refundable), house cleaning before and after your stay, and linens.

2025 Mandatory Bay Forest Amenity Fee (Includes all community amenities, non-refundable): $50/guest, ages 5 and older, for the duration of your stay. Max 10 amenity passes. Host will add this fee to total following booking confirmation, when guest signs/returns the Bay Forest registration form.
