Office is set up to accommodate up to 6 kids for sleeping with double bunk beds featuring 2 twins & 2 full mattresses acting as 4th bedroom.


Beautiful 3/4 bedroom 2.5 bath. Just 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach and its wonderful boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and ocean. Access to the neighborhood pool is part of rental. POOL IS OPEN!!! 🎊 🏊‍♂️ 🤽‍♀️ 🎉 Vacation home is complete with custom kitchen designed with a variety of stone countertops along with custom back splash, stainless steel appliances, and more. There's ping pong this year outside, Foos Ball, horseshoes, Air Hockey, Archade/Ms Pac Man full size recently upgraded to 60 game machine but does have issues more than not. I just added a shuffle bowl game for 2022. I show ping pong table in garage although ping pong table has been upgraded to an outside table and there is no access to garage
All amenities in garage photos you'll have access to are located on other parts of the property except for workout equipment that's no longer available.
What fun. There's dual living rooms with flat screens, VCR and DVD players in some bedrooms, hundreds of movies for your enjoyment, 75" flat screen in living room, dual outside split level decks with Weber Grill & charcoal grill, ( must supply charcoal briketts and set up yourself),(propane for grill is" pay it forward"after owner sets up 1st tank for season), fire pit, outside seating, bicycles, boogie boards (for use at the beach), 3 big coolers, and seven beach chairs
Bear Trap Dunes (27 hole premier country club) just across the street - walking distance with nice restaurant and outside seating at golf course! It has a terrific practice facility.

Owner of home is owner a Scott"s Custom Auto Body & Lord's & Lady's & Limousines since 1981 and is accustomed to making customers happy. Making a traveler happy is my most important task, just ask.
Do to credit card fees, the owner must be reimbursed the service fee of 4% that's not part of VRBO total amount. You mail that fee back when returning signed contract.
If Saturday check in is requested, there's a premium fee of $329.00 to be added in addition to VRBO bill as well, and additional $329 for Saturday check out to be added in addition to VRBO total bill.

If MAJORITY of group and or guest are under 30 years of age there's an additional premium of $100.00 per person, plus an additional $100.00 per person security deposit to be added to total VRBO bill total after reserving property and will be titled "29 yr under fee". That only applies if everyone in group is under 30, and does not apply to minors/ kids in family groups
To all reservation requests, please state # of people and ages of all to be in-house to expedite acceptance of reservation. Thanks.
Any booking with less than 30 days to check in will incur a $329.00 additional fee to be added in addition to VRBO's total bill after reserving property and will be titled "30 day booking fee".
If you have any questions or concerns about fees paid directly to the owner above your payment to VRBO or anything else, please ask before reserving the beautiful vacation home.
