  • *NOTE: In response to COVID, we are deep cleaning in between guests - disinfecting door knobs, light switches, TV remote controls, etc. in addition to all hard surfaces.*

    A beautiful, luxury single family home with central air conditioning throughout. This house is finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. In addition to a spacious kitchen, you can enjoy a raised bar seating area and an extra large dining area with table that comfortably seats up to 12. An outdoor, screened patio area also seats up to 6.

    Enjoy sleeping accommodations for your large group. The finished, walk out basement features two bedrooms (5 beds for 6 guests), a full bathroom, and large game room. The first floor features a king bed (2 guests) master suite with an office, and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and rain-shower. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds sleeping up to 8) and a full bath. 4 TVs can be used for entertainment throughout the house along with high-speed Internet, Nest controlled thermostat, and digital lock codes so you don’t need to worry about losing house keys.

    Extra amenities include an outdoor shower, an extra refrigerator (in addition to kitchen) for guest use in the garage, a full-sized washer/dryer, and an extra large backyard with a deck, patio, fire pit, and new BBQ gas grill.

    We are located one mile from the 27-hole public championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes and 3 miles (10min drive) to Bethany Beach and its boardwalk.

    For beach-goers, additional activities include hopping over the state line to Ocean City, MD, crabbing at Holt’s Landing, sport fishing in Delaware State Parks, and tax-free outlet shopping.

    We are in a quiet, safe, and family-oriented community that offers an outdoor swimming pool (limit 6 at a time) and two tennis courts, accessible from Memorial Day to two weeks after Labor Day). These amenities are free for you, our guests.

This was a great house! Perfect for all of us (8 kids aged 8-17, and 6 adults). Spacious, comfortable beds, quiet. We had a great stay. Host was easy to work with. Overall our vacation was great. The only downside was having to leave.

Beautiful stay in Bethany

Great house! Kids loved the pool, playground and ping pong. Close to the beach and stores yet quiet setting. Host was very gracious and kitchen was well stocked!

Beach Memories 2023

The house was spacious, clean and accommodating to groceries, activities and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, and the community pool was clean. Our family will cherish fond memories of this vacation home.

Beach vacation

Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well as the inside. Plenty of beds and space for all ten of us. Not far from beach or shopping .

Annual Nursing Buds Vacation

We’re nursing school buds, and families, who have been vacationing together for decades. This year, we decided to go to the beach! Home was in nice, convenient location, and beautiful! We usually had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing because the heat was sweltering!

A home away from Home

This was our second visit to this home. It is a great home for a large family to gather and spend precious time together. Plenty of room, including bathrooms. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice neighborhood for families and close to all shopping and Bethany beach. The whole family enjoyed the time together and this home made it possible.

Wonderful house

This was a great place for a family reunion--spacious and clean. The screened-in porch and the grill were especially useful, and we enjoyed the use of the pool. Being located within a short driving distance from several different beaches was a big plus for us. Lily was very helpful and responsive. The only real drawback was having to supply our own linens and towels, but since everyone drove, that worked out okay. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Reunion Vacation

We had a great stay and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions and fixing the a/c to keep us nice and cool for our entire stay. The place was clean and as shown in pictures. Wish the linens, towels, and bedding was included in the price. This was a lot of extra packing for 11 people. However there were plenty of beds for everyone which was awesome! Thank you for a memorable family get together! The location was excellent and we made great use of the pool and pickle ball court.

Nice property

The living space was very spacious and at times cold. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were nice however, the temperature upstairs was warmer than main level. When contacted by the owner of property adjustments were made. Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing, the lawn was unkept, and still being cleaned. One of the bed frames was broken and an exterminator was called due to mice. The property owner did check in to be sure everything was rectified during our stay including lawn company presence. A neighbor did block our car in with a ride on lawn mower at one point and wanted to speak with the owners of the property. Again, this was shared with the owners. The neighborhood is very quiet not many children. The pool was nice. The washer and dryer were in great condition especially with towels and blankets.

Family Vacation

Rented this house for our family vacation this year. With four families we had plenty of room for everyone. There is a pool in the neighborhood that we went to at least once a day. We also spent a couple days at the beach at Fenwick Island State Park, just a short drive away. This house is tucked away in a neighborhood but a close drive to everything you’d want to do.

Plenty of Space For A Large Family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes to grocery stores and a few miles to Bethany Beach. The home is well equipped and has plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch, the spacious back yard, bike riding around the neighborhood, and the swimming pool which was only a short walk away. The Owners Rick & Lily were kind and very accomodating. and always available at a moment's notice.

Great stay close to the beach

Thank you Lily to allow us staying at your beautiful house. It is only about 10 minutes from the Ocean and you can always find parking spots there. The neighborhood is good, vary calm place. A lot of sleeping spaces will allow you to bring lot of people. The outdoor veranda is just a great findings, you can seat outside but at the same time you are surrounded with the anti mosquito net. Thank you again!

Nice Stay

We had a ladies trip at the property. The home was very spacious for the 7 of us. Some parts of the house were updated but some were a little dated. The kitchen was very nice and had several dishes that we could use. We also enjoyed using the grill outside. The master bathroom shower was awesome! The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. Due to COVID we were not able to use the neighborhood pool. House was in good driving proximity to Bethany Beach and we also visited Rehoboth Beach as well which was a 20 minute drive away. We would have liked to have a little bit more seating in the living room but overall it was a very good stay in a nice home and nice safe neighborhood.

The refrigerator was not working properly on the day we got there, 4 days later tech came and fixed it. Previous renters left trash in the trash cans, other than that a great house spacious and nice neighborhood. I would rent it again.
