  • Disfruta de un hogar lejos del hogar en la playa. ¿Por qué alojarse en una habitación de hotel estrecha cuando puede disfrutar de un amplio condominio de 1100 pies cuadrados por menos? El condominio cuenta con dos baños completos y dos habitaciones, con capacidad para hasta seis personas. Cada habitación y la habitación principal tienen un televisor de pantalla plana, cable y reproductor de DVD. La cocina recientemente remodelada cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, junto con muchos utensilios de cocina. Ropa de cama, toallas, toallas de playa y otras necesidades ya están abastecidas. Nuestro armario de playa / piscina está equipado con tablas de surf, sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de arena y un carrito de playa para llevarlo todo. This property, met and exceeded our expectations. The property was within walking distance to the beach and local stores and the 24 hour convenience store. Was within a fair amount of driving time to the boardwalk. For our first ever air b and b, we rate this property a 10 out of 10 stars, will recommend and return. This property was our home away from home, had everything we could or would need aside from food items but that was to be expected.

Nice condo in a great location

We had a great time during our stay! The condo is conveniently located with beach access right across the street. The condo has everything for a pleasant family vacation.

Rick is awesome

This was such a wonderful place! My first time in Daytona Beach. The weather was beautiful and Rick was a joy to work with. The room was great! I will definitely contact Rick again with any future needs

Nice Place

Owner is very communicative. Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everthing you need for your stay. We're big bike riders and the location was perfect for riding on the beach.

Really nice place. Has everything you need, plus more. Lots of beach toys. Comfortable beds. Simple check in and out. Easy access to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

We absolutely loved staying here! Right across from the beach! Easy access to all things fun in Dayton Beach! The condo lacked nothing! It was so well equipped and comfortable! We had great communication with Richard! We would definitely stay again!

Friendly quiet

This place has a nice kitchen which I appreciated. The building was quiet and friendly and a short walk to the beach. With everything we needed in room. Was very convenient and accommodating.

Very nice and reasonable priced for a place across the beach

We stayed here during a recent visit to move in one of children who will be attending college in Port Orange. The condo was very clean and perfectly located for our visit. The pictures on listing were spot on and we would stay here again. Richard was very responsive.

A beautiful 5 star Condo!

This was a beautiful condo! You can see the time and care the owners put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already there that you would need. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

Close to the beach

Condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner helped us with TV operation, and contacted cable company for repairs. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Only problem was noise from “Bike Week” and property owner had no control over that. Overall a very relaxing time. Perfect weather for the two weeks. Easy Beach access for daily walks.

Just right! Location, Location, Location!

Great location, easy to the get beach (just across the street and down the ramp), easy to get in and out of the condo and close to everything Daytona Beach Shores and area has to offer. The Pool area is very nice as it gets sun all day long. Very well kept in all the common areas of condo. Laundry facility works great. The Condo has a spacious kitchen, a spacious living room, and the beds are very comfy. We would stay again .If you are looking for very user friendly, easy beach access, nice condo that cost is very reasonable...look no further. This is it!

Most pleasant experience

This property is not one of the most but is the only one that I can honestly say was my best experience. To access the property is very easy and he provided steps by step clearly. Once I made it to the property the unit was extremely clean and neat. The owner was very polite and pleasant. This property deserves more then a five star if I could give it a million stars I would. Thank you for such an extremely experience!!!!!!!!

This was a very nice place to stay if you are a Snow Bird. However, there are 8 steps to get in the building that is not mentioned anywhere on the VRBO listing. IF you are handicapped, you would not want to rent this unit. The Keyed entry, while secure, was outdated and should be ungraded with a Card type system. The keys were difficult to open doors if you had anything in your hands. For this reason, and the steps, I would not recommend this unit for a Beach trip.
