**ABOUT

Welcome to our charming seaside oasis in beautiful Ocean Springs! The home is spacious, bright & airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The modern kitchen and spacious outdoor grill area is perfect for cooking up that fresh seafood caught right off the coast! Located just a short walk from the water where you can hike, fish, and watch the sunset. The charming downtown area is also just a short drive away with plenty of shops, restaurants, and art galleries to explore.

** THE SPACE

As you open the front door, you’ll be greeted by the spacious living room with ample natural light, tasteful furnishings, and a large 65” smart TV on the wall. To the immediate right you’ll find the master bedroom outfitted with a king bed, smart TV, large bathroom with Jack & Jill sinks, a claw foot tub with bath bombs and bubble bath, overhead shower, private toilette room, and large walk in closet.

The large, hand-made wooden dining table gives way to the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble counters, and a central island for all your cooking & bbq’ing gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including coffee, tea, blender, toaster, and oven. Please note that the kitchen sink does not have a garage disposal; kindly dispose of all leftovers in the trash.

Continue through the kitchen and the long hallway will lead you to both spare bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen) separated by the guest bathroom between the two. There is a separate laundry room equipped with all necessities to do laundry at your convenience.

The front patio is designed to spend time in the evening with outdoor furniture and recessed lighting in the ceiling, along with solar-powered lights lighting the footpath in the yard. The backyard has a wetbar and bbq for your personal use.

Inside the cupboard below the “Sweet Tea” sign you’ll find a full poker set, Jenga, Clue, Uno, Monopoly, and a corn-hole set for outdoor use.

**GUEST ACCESS

You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The only parts that are “off limits” are the two owner cupboards off the kitchen, and the attic.

Amazing Stay!

First, we had to change the dates of our trip and the host was very accommodating with that! The property is clean and beautiful! Check-in and checkout were super easy. We will be back!

Home itself is not bad. It does need a deep cleaning. There is not a broom or vacuum available for use. Staying two weeks we would have cleaned up from our on selves and what we tracked in. Home was amply stocked with all that we needed.

Thanksgiving stay in Ocean Springs

Our family had a great Thanksgiving visit! The home was very clean and easily fit our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was also close to our daughter's home. The backyard was nice for kids to play and the driveway made it easy to park a couple of cars. We would definitely come again.

Great weekend stay!

This house offered a comfortable place to stay while visiting family for a reunion. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils. We’ve stayed at plenty of sites but this one topped them all! Connor was very tentative to any questions and concerns we had.. Definitely will be back❤️

Great Place to Stay

This was a great house! The owner is very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. There is a fenced backyard and sitting areas in both front and back yards. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great place to stay!
