With plenty of room to spread out, a full-size refrigerator nearby, and the pool just steps away, it's an ideal setup for a fall football weekend with family and friends.
Guests are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the garage-level lounge and entertainment area throughout their stay; however, the garage is not available for vehicle parking. Ample parking is available in the driveway.
For guests mixing work with vacation, the home also includes a dedicated ocean-view workspace with dual monitors.

The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
