With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Marsh Mellow comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Each bedroom features an en suite or a bathroom directly outside, providing convenience and privacy. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king suites, 1 queen suite, 1 double suite, and a bunk room – perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a delightful beach retreat.

Luxurious Amenities:
This thoughtfully designed home boasts an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, a refreshing pool, and a soothing hot tub. Dive into relaxation as you lounge by the poolside or soak in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub after a day of sun-soaked beach adventures. **At this time we cannot guarantee the flat top grill will work due to the salt air. We do have another grill there for your use and provide the propane. Thank you!**

We charge $100/day to heat the pool. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 30°F, we are unable to activate it. We appreciate your understanding and are here if you have any further questions! We do not turn on the heater Mid Nov - March!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Lots of local activities to participate in. The pool, firepit and outdoor kitchen were great for entertaining.

Relaxing Reunion Weekend

Gorgeous home! The location of this cul de sac home by the marsh was ideal. There were 12 of us co-workers/ nurses who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. The only drawback was the bunk bed room which would have been perfect for kids but kind of awkward to maneuver for adults. Thank you Josh for a great weekend get away!

Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities & more. You know you’ve found a great place when the only mention of anything wrong across 9 people ages 14-75 is no railing on the pool steps. Check in & out was a breeze. Hope to be back. In 2025!

Privacy plus!

This is an amazing house with fabulous marsh views and lots of privacy on a cul de sac. The kitchen is well appointed and there’s even a game room for the family’s enjoyment. We loved the pool area and whirlpool, but it does need a railing for handicapped or elderly folks. We’ll definitely want to stay here again next year!!

Stunning views! The nicest house on the island. 22 summers here... this one was by far the place to stay. Home was super clean and amenities down to linens was tops! Renters will not regret this one.

Best beach house

Overall our stay was the best we have ever had we really all enjoyed spending time at the property. We loved it wasn’t around many houses it was more on the private side. Also really liked there was a pool and big patio to spend time outside with the family. But I think what we loved the most was the outside grill to make food in the nights with the family. This was on of the bear house experiences we have.

“As Is” Vacation House - Make sure you read thec

Ice maker not working upon arrival. A hospitality manager and her boyfriend showed up to make the repair. They used a hair dryer for 2 hours and then left a refrigerator full of food at 56 degrees for a total of 4 hours (2 during the repair attempt and 2 after they left.) We went the entire week with no ice for 9 adults and 4 children. The oven takes a long time to heat to desired temp. It took over 1 hour to cook biscuits. The outdoor grill was filthy and very hard to use. In general, many things were not working correctly and the owner appeared to have knowledge of a a couple of things and prefers to just ‘note’ them in your check in email instead of having them fixed by a professional or replacing them. The linen fee is a joke as there were minimal linens/towels. There is a non-working golf cart being stored in the way of where our rented carts and/or vehicles should have been able to be parked. Overall, the house is in need of some repairs and maintenance however it appears the owner is fine with everything “as is”.

This is a great house with all the necessary amenities! We loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen / grill. Location is fantastic - great views of the marsh and intercoastal waterways and just a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beaches!

We had a great week at this property! The location and the view of the marsh was wonderful. The home was clean, check in was a breeze, and Josh was so responsive to any questions we had! The only thing that we would have loved to have would be a fridge of some sort on the pool deck and perhaps an ice maker. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great location, missed some important details

Great location. We loved being on a cul-de-sac for our children and privacy. Beautiful home and comfortable. Where it missed the mark was on cleanliness, lack of functional outdoor grill, the towels and linens were low quality and we had to make all the beds upon our arrival. The owner responded to our concerns on cleanliness and had the floors cleaned the day after we arrived. The bottom line: a very nice place that lacked the amenities we were expecting for the price point.

Beautiful and Private - Perfect Getaway

This home is stunning! With porches, balconies and large windows all around, the natural light streams in throughout the day. The large rooms are perfect for big families and the video game room is a nice extra. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pot and pans - everything needed to cook for a crowd. The master suite has a walk-in closet, balcony overlooking the pool area and deep soaking tub. And speaking of the pool area, wow! There are plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool & hot tub. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and the fire pit was a pleasant surprise. The entire house was spotless and we had plenty of towels etc. We highly, highly recommend you rent this house… You will not be disappointed!
