PERFECT LOCATION, 2nd row home with beach access across the street!

Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

Very nice home with all you need for a fun stay. Location was wonderful. Porch and downstairs areas are well done. Grill was clean and easy. The owners even left the downstairs closet open for us to use all of the boogie boards, toys and chairs. All of the appliances worked well and I love the coded door.

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully, decorated and clean beach house. It was a good set up for my family and grandparents. The kitchen had everything we needed. very easy walk to the beach-beach access across the street. Community pool directly behind the house. Our favorite part of the house was the front porch and outdoor sitting area downstairs. Owner Chris was very communicative. She checked in on the first day and throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. She even arranged for us to pick up items we left behind at the house. We all enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Relaxing, Spacious Home with Stunning Porch

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The highlight was definitely the front porch—perfect for morning coffee and watching the ocean at night. You can really feel the care put into this home. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful, ideal home for families

We had a wonderful time start to finish at the property. Chris was extremely communicative and allowed us early. check-in to the property. It was nice to be in communication with her if we were to have needed anything on our stay. The house came with everything we needed and was perfect For a couple families to utilize the space. It was extremely close to the beach and did not require a long walk for some of the older family members in our party. also had a lovely outdoor space below the house, which was nice to hang out while we were cooking dinner. All the amenities you could ask for! The access to the community pool was very nice to have overall a great stay and a great property in Ocean Isle!

Easy public beach access just across the street

Our family of 4 2 grandparents had a great week in this house. It was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. There were sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards in the outdoor storage closet, which we appreciated getting to use. The rocking chairs on the porch and the downstairs lounge area were great to relax on in the shade. There is a public beach access just across the street, 2 min. walk to the sand. We also loved the community pool we had access to. Only thing that caught me by surprise (I must have missed it in the listing) was that linens and towels do not come with the house. You have to bring your own or rent them from a linen service. We were flying in from Texas, so had to go with the linen service, which was very easy to schedule, but another 250, and at the end of a long travel day, be prepared to make up to 8 beds.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home

Beautiful home & great location with beach access just across the street. The house is decorated beautifully & is well equipped with all the amenities you may need in the kitchen. The front porch and outside downstairs seating area were our favorite hangout spots! The beach toy closet was an unexpected surprise - more boogie boards and sand toys than our grandkids could play with for the week & the grown ups loved the corn hole boards! The neighborhood pool is very convenient - directly behind the house. Great communication with the property manager. She checked in with us several times during the week just to make sure all was well. Perfect beach house - comfortable, clean & convenient location! We would highly recommend & can’t wait to book again for next year!

Wonderful Stay Despite Unexpected Interruptions

We recently stayed and were absolutely thrilled with the experience, even though our trip was unexpectedly interrupted by Hurricane Debbie. The house itself was beautifully maintained, with stunning ocean views and all the amenities you could hope for in a beach getaway. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and unwinding. What really stood out to us, though, was the kindness and understanding of the owners. As soon as the hurricane warnings were issued, they immediately reached out to ensure our safety and comfort. They provided clear instructions on how to secure the property. Although we had to cut our stay short, the owners were incredibly accommodating. They offered a partial refund and even extended an invitation for a discounted future stay. In summary, while our trip didn't go as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the hospitality and care we received from the owners made all the difference. We highly recommend and look forward to visiting again under better weather conditions!

Family vacation

Our time at Ocean Isle was a blast. Chris was excellent to work with. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and a quick text to Chris and she made a call and it was good. The home is as described and was very clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation at OIB, Thanks Chris for allowing us to enjoy your home at the beach😊

Perfect location on 2nd row in OIB

The location was great. We always have loved the west side and the beach access was steps away. We could easily get to and from beach within a few minutes. Community pool was also right behind house which made it easy to get to! The house was clean and as described. The only complaint was the beds were a bit firm for us. Now this is just personal preference. Some may appreciate this. If you need softer msttress maybe include a topper or some pillows. Other than that, the house was adorable and we loved sitting on the porch at night wathing people walking and could see the ocean too! Would definitely stay again. Chris was also super resposnive and answered several questions via text while there. Great host!

Great Beach House

I took my daughter and six of her friends to the beach. This house was perfect! The location is wonderful, directly across from the beach access. The layout of the rooms and bed arrangements are great for a large group. The home has been nicely renovated and has all the amenities you will need.

Still the One

My family has visited the beach, as a tradition, during the Labor Day holiday for 30 years. Each year, we rent a different place. This year, we hit the jackpot! We can’t brag enough about the entire experience and owner! This is the first year we have wanted to stay in the same house another time! Our family voted unanimously to book this house again!

AMAZING HOUSE!

This was our first trip to OIB for my husbands 30th birthday with our boys & some friends and we all absolutely loved it! The house is just as it shows in the pictures and the owner is super nice & responds quick! We will definitely be back very soon!

Holiday Happiness

We absolutely love our family times at Ocean Isle! This rental was perfect for a great holiday, the owners were more than accommodating and we all had a grand time. Great layout inside and out for loads of fun. Hoping to return again soon!
