Each side of the cottage has a Queen bedroom and a Kids bedroom... complete with twin bunk beds and a full size bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects both bedrooms on either side of the house. All 4 bedrooms have wall mounted, flat screen TV's. TWO luggage racks are conveniently located in EACH of the 4 bedrooms (1 in each closet and one next to bed).

The center of the cottage features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Modern updates include stainless steel appliances, sea glass inspired backsplash and beautiful white quartz counter tops. A nautical chandelier and dual motor vintage ceiling fan adds to the charm of this classic beach cottage.

A large front deck, with ocean views and comfortable seating is a great place for families and friends to relax and unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while gazing at the tranquil sea from a porch rocker. A front "pebbled" parking area provides ample parking along with additional relaxation space under and behind the home - perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. You will find a picnic/game table (tic-tac-toe & checker board top!), corner bench seat with table, and built in tiki-bar counter with stools. A hand painted shuffleboard and hopscotch area along with corn-hole game provides hours of family fun! Adirondack chairs and 2 large hammocks encourage relaxation as you take in the salt air and ocean breezes. A large, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold water) is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a long, lazy day at the beach. Plenty of boat cleats and hooks to hang towels and bathing suits. The beach access is conveniently located just a few houses down on Shelby Street...a short 2 minute stroll! Close enough to the cottage for lunch and bathroom breaks!

Amazing location, just 2 blocks from the pier and center of town! Leave the cars in the driveway and conveniently walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, beach shops, and a fun family game of putt-putt. Walk on over to the all new and amazing Town Center Park (complete with outdoor performance stage, playground, interactive water pad/fountain, restroom facility, pergola gathering areas, promenade (walking trail), open green space, bocce ball court, half basketball/pickleball court)! Everything that OIB has to offer is in close proximity to our family beach cottage.

Sandwitches' Cottage is a magical place that is sure to provide many wonderful memories of Summers spent with family and friends at the beach.

*Please note that Bed Linens for the 2 Queen beds & 2 Full Size Beds are provided by a local linen service. These items will be delivered to the cottage on the day of your arrival and picked-up on the morning of your scheduled departure. *You are welcome to use our cottage bunk-bed sheet sets as long as you agree to wash and dry them before you leave.

*Please note that bath towels, bath mats and beach towels are NOT provided. There are several local linen service agencies in the area for you to order these items online and have everything delivered on the day of your arrival.

*This house has a keyless entry system.

*This is a Non-Smoking property.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Reservation holder MUST be present throughout the entire stay and may NOT leave the designated reservation period early to allow other occupants to finish out the remainder of the reservation.

*Our beach home is not to be used as an “overflow” home for another larger property that is hosting a party, reunion, wedding, or any other large gathering/event. Accommodations and parking is strictly for the guests listed on the online reservation.

*Note, there are exterior cameras at the front and rear entrances to the home. They are strictly used for security purposes at entryways and driveway as well as for any damage surveillance while home is unoccupied. There are no cameras in the interior of the home.
