Welcome to Turtle Watch! A beautiful recently renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom canal front luxury condo at the highly desirable The Islander Resort Villas. Turtle Watch has ocean views in the highly desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sounds of the ocean from across the street. Very close to beach access one block away and guests enjoy the luxurious Isles Beach club oceanfront pool and tiki bar during the season. Come back to the deck for happy hour with the turtles in the canal every night. This 2nd floor unit is in the family friendly Islander Resort. Come enjoy time at the beach in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom spacious 2000sq ft condo with easy access to the elevator. Enjoy views of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from the deck and living area. Turtle Watch has a full kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. Seating for six is provided at the dining table or choose to each at the table on the outdoor lanai while listening to the ocean waves. Sheets and towels are provided complimentary and included in the cleaning fee. We recently installed ultra-high speed fiber internet so you can stream your favorite channels on our 60” Sony flatscreen. Please note we don’t provide cable, but that’s no worries because you can use your local cable app on our smart TV, and of course Netflix, Hulu etc.

The Islander Clubhouse is a short walk as well and includes a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tikki bar all oceanfront. Come enjoy these amenities complimentary with your rental. Please note that the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation! The area is very family friendly and provides numerous activities. Ocean Isle Beach is located within one hour of Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bald Head Island, Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Myrtle Beach. These areas include shopping and entertainment such as touring the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial, shopping at the historic Cotton Exchange or Chandler's Wharf, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Caswell Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Alabama Theater, championship golf and a full array of wonderful restaurants.

Family week

Four families fit perfectly. We had a great time, and we loved sitting on the porch. We got to see a huge storm come in!! Sweet turtles and baby ducks in the pond under us. We rented a golf cart to help get us to and from the beach/clubhouse. We love that clubhouse so we could use the pool and bathroom. The Tiki bar there was great for a quick lunch. The elevator is super helpful when we have groceries or luggage. The owner responds very quickly if I had any questions. Will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful!

Well stocked kitchen. Towels and linens provided. Great location. My granddaughter was pregnant but it was easy to drive her down to the club house to use the pool or beach -only a one minute drive with plenty of parking. Owner was very prompt in answering any questions. It was great to be able to take our dog along!

Perfect family week

We loved everything about our week at Turtle Watch, from hanging out on the balcony, playing virtual golf on the tv, real golf nearby, lots of beach time and fishing, great food from the many nearby restaurants and also fresh seafood we prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The beach club is a favorite hangout and we enjoyed lunch at the tiki bar several times. One night, when there was a 2 and a half hour wait at Sharky's, we were able to walk in to the restaurant at the beach club, where we enjoyed an amazing oceanfront meal. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms gave us and our grown children plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Teachers Spring Break

We loved the condo, bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated, bathroom clean .Outside deck was nice to sit and have morning coffee and watch the sunrise .Close and easy access to beach , Loved that they provided sheets and towels and beach chairs! All around great place to stay!

great beach getaway

It was so lovely to stay a block away from the ocean! Mother nature was not very cooperative, but my dog and I tried to walk the beach every day. Tripp was a very responsive host, and we will try and go there again!

Wonderful Girls Beach Vacation

We loved our condo-it had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. We were surprised that he furnished a beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards.

Great unit

Very nice, clean and well-maintained unit. Close walk to the beach and the pool. Ample parking for three or four cars. Tennis court, pickle ball court and basketball court on premises. Nice outside deck to enjoy the ocean breezes. Owner had nice chairs and cart for use at the beach, which was an added bonus.

Nice Space, Lots of room!

We have been staying at OIB for over 35 years and have outgrown our usual place when all the kids and grandkids come. We stay for 2 weeks for the first time ever and it was great. The location was a little further from the beach than what we are used to and with as many as 7 adults and 2 children being able to take all of our chairs, umbrellas and a large cooler was a little more difficult than usual. Plus having to take them up and down stairs at the beach access was a daily chore both going and coming. Our usual place has a beach access that has a ramp that helps a lot. Unlike our usual spot, this location DOES have an elevator which helped to mitigate the distance and all the steps at the beach access. The condo itself was very nice. Enough room for all of us and the added entertainment of being able to watch the turtles and the alligator that lives in the pond off of our balcony. All in all it was a great 2 weeks and a great space.

Great condominium, area. Only issues not a well stock kitchen, no hand mixer and limited pots and pans, casserole dishes and limited cooking utensils. Dining room chairs pretty wobbly, looks like an attempt was made to clue them. Pretty scary to sit on them & no one in our party was larger than 220lbs. Suggest they be replaced

Spring Break

The condo was spacious and clean. The elevator made it very easy to to bring in luggage and groceries. Beach chairs were great also! My only critique is to please provide more cleaning supplies, and a wine tool! There was no coffee either- But overall A place!
