Island Park-West End of OIB

Welcome to Kiki's Cottage! 2 King master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Our home is 140 steps to public beach access, and one of the closest houses to the beach in the charming Island Park neighborhood.
Relax on either of the 2 decks. Our favorite is the back deck overlooking the lagoon. Bring your fishing rod and try to wrangle a Red Drum-you'll hear them splash! There are also 2 community pools to enjoy.

This house is clean. Sleeps:10. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks. Home also includes pack and play and booster seat. Long Lagoon View in backyard, ocean views from front porch. Outdoor shower and plenty of car parking along with outdoor living space.
2 community pools and access to 2 community dry docks for fishing in Jinks Creek. Bring your boat. Jinks Creek is adjacent to Intracoastal Waterway.
Approximately 1.5 miles to NC Wildlife boat launch ramp.
- 2 minute walk to The Isles Restaurant.
- 20 minute drive to Calabash, and 30 minute drive to N Myrtle Beach

Awesome House!

This house is a great find! It is exactly as described and location is so close to the beach! The house is very well laid out with plenty of room for our family of 6 which included two small children. Kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessities plus more! The mattresses are so comfortable! The kids enjoyed the beach toys and watching the turtles in the pond! Great communication with the owners before and during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely family vacation

We loved the home, the area, and our overall vacation. The house was very clean, nicely stocked and the owners were very responsive. Our only issue was a lot of steps if you have any back or knee issues, but I think that comes with any beach house in the area. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Again, we loved our time here.

Wonderful getaway at the beach!

We had the best time at Kiki’s Cottage. The Owners were helpful and responsive. The property was clean and nicely updated. Perfect size for our group of 3 families. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The kids had a blast playing basketball and fishing in the pond behind the home. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful Home with Lovely Deck

My family had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, so very clean, and the hosts are unbelievably helpful and responsive. NOTE: you need to provide your own bed linens and towels. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and easy access to the beach.

Perfect family vacation!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 small children. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful and responsive - which was greatly appreciated! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and our daughter especially enjoyed fishing in the backyard and nearby dock. We also loved the neighborhood pools! The house was one of the cleaniest we’ve ever stayed in and was stocked with more amenities than expected - we will be back ❤️☀️

Great Location, Comfort, and Communication

Owners are awesome communicators, making sure they answered any questions and that we had everything we needed. Beach is walkable right across the street. Ocean air is hard on any beach house, but Can see owners efforts to keep things fresh. Great back deck on large pond and also walkable to the creek. LOVED the outdoor shower!!!! Comfortable beds and furniture! Great experience! Thank you!

Further away from the ocean than I thought

Very cute place, looked just like the photos. A little misleading on how close it was to the ocean but that is my only complaint. It is 3 rows back from the ocean. It’s about 3 blocks away from the community pool also. The owners were very quick with responses and very nice when we did communicate.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation!!

We had a fantastic time!! The owners were easy to get in contact with and responded very quickly. They let us get a late check out which was amazing because we got one extra day on the beach! Place was very clean & great amount of space. Easy walk to the beach!! My husband and son loved being able to fish right in the back yard! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back as we visit OIB every year!

Great house!

We had a great time this past week! Kristin was the best host answering all my random questions :) we had kids 1-8 in age, and the house and location were awesome. Evening bike rides around the neighborhood were the kids obsession, and such a short walk to the beach!

Fabulous!!!

We decided last minute to get away. Had a price maximum and this fit the bill. The house was one of the best we have stayed at in a while. Very clean and comfortable , lots of room for the 3 of us. Quiet neighborhood and we slept the best we have in months. Loved this place!

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time at Kiki's Cottage. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend. We were welcomed with a warmly lit cottage and a Christmas Tree! The house layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! There were actually MORE amenities than described on the VRBO site, including a grill to use (which we did multiple times and truly enjoyed). We had two small children with our group, and the location of the home was excellent, easy walk back & forth to the beach if/when needed. Home was well stocked with the kitchen basics but something to be aware of, is that you need to bring your own linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.) but many rentals in the area require that anyway. Definitely recommend staying at this home!

If you’re looking for an adorable, clean, convenient rental at Ocean Isle Beach, you are at the right place! We had an exceptional time and this place was perfect for our family!! I would rent it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
