One loft bedroom condo across the street from the beach with 1 queen ,1 single and sofa bed. 2 flat screen TV's. SEE 7 NIGHT IN SEASON MINIMUM BELOW. NO LINENS PROVIDED. 5 PERSON MAXIMUM.
Three swimming pools, tennis courts and dock with fishing and kayak access. Private deck with picnic table. Located on the less crowded west end approximately 1 mile from pier and town center. Great location for biking, walking and running. Wide beach. Perfect for couples and families. Short drive to many restaurants and premier golf courses. RELAXATION at its best! SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10 AM from JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31. From September 4 to May 31 there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with check in at 3:00 and checkout by 10:00.

YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS.

Great place for a solo week at the beach! It was very clean, well put together, and had everything I needed! Wayne was great in responding to messages that I sent and making sure that I had everything I need and had a great comfortable stay! Will for sure be back next year!

Quiet clean condo

We rented this condo for my daughter to get away from our big family beach vacation to study for the bar and still be near to us. Wayne’s condo is clean and the location is perfect for the beach. The extra options for pool and tennis/pickle ball courts were a great bonus. The beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Easy check in/out. Perfect for 1-3 people. Great location. Would stay here again.

Excellent location!!

Great condo! Clean, perfect location across from the beach with private beach access. Free off-street parking, safe location. This is our second stay in this condo and hope to come back next year. Great communication with owners. I love this place.

Overall a good experience

I stayed with my family for a few nights while visiting the beach. The host was very accommodating and gave us an early check because my husband had a conference call. The home was clean, and pictures were accurate. The location was also good proximity to the beach, but be aware that you do have to cross the road to get there if you do have littles. I only deducted a star because I wish there were a few more small amenities provided. For example, there was no hand soap and only one roll of toilet paper provided. There were no bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, or pillowcases. This is clearly stated in the listing, and thankfully the host made sure I was aware of this detail before we came for our trip. But it was a bit difficult for us to manage bringing a whole load of linens with two babies and a toddler. I wish they could’ve provided a few small linens, like hand towels. Overall a good experience!

Beach Getaway

We were not disappointed at all! The location was ideal, right across the street from the beach. It has a private walkway to the beach which made us feel really safe and it was extremely convenient. Our host was ready to assist us in any way necessary. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact, when I’m in the area again,I will take the opportunity to stay at our Beach Getaway again!

Wonderful property across from the beach
