Step inside to a home that balances warmth and sophistication. There are three inviting living areas, giving everyone their own space to relax or socialize. The main lounge features a full wall of glass overlooking the pool, with a cozy wood fireplace for cooler evenings. The secondary lounge offers a gas log fire and intimate ambiance, a quiet corner for reading, playing games, or simply unwinding. A retreat space with a built in study nook provides the perfect spot for work, crafts, or homework.



The outdoor area is equally impressive. A backyard offers plenty of space for kids to run, play, or enjoy the in-ground trampoline, while pets can roam freely in a safe, fully fenced space. Outdoor dining and lounge areas, along with a built-in BBQ, make alfresco meals and summer evenings effortless and fun.

350m to the beach – simply head out through the back of the house and around to the rear gate. From there, a street entrance takes you straight onto the sand.
