Luxury Beach House Holiday

Contemporary / New and Architect designed. This home is an opportunity to live the beach style in absolute comfort and opulence.

Check the surf conditions from the roof top terrace. Stroll to the beach, Barwon River, Cafes, Restaurants and shopping literally minutes walk.

This house is split over three levels and loaded with natural light and views.

Take advantage of its location, amenities or just stay in the home end enjoy the out door space, BBQ area and rooftop.
Being the largest town outside of Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula, Ocean Grove offers a wide selection of shopping facilities including major supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and specialty shops.

Coastal attractions include the surf beaches which front Bass Strait and several walking tracks that offer good views along the beach. The focal point on Ocean Grove's main surf beach is the Dunes Cafe & Bar, next to the Surf Life Saving Club, which is surrounded by lawns, native gardens and bollards carved and painted into people depicting the life and times of the area. The Barwon River, near the river mouth, offers safe and sheltered swimming along its sandy shoreline, while further upstream is a jetty and boat ramp.

Much of Ocean Grove is spread over the undulating hills and valleys which characterize this section of the Bellarine Peninsula, giving good views down to the ocean and of the surroundings. Blue Waters Lake and the Begola Wetlands are two major inland water attractions at the bottom of the town's valleys, featuring walking tracks and a collection of birdlife.

Minutes away from Adventure Park and up to 14 wineries to choose and visit.

Very disappointing experience. We checked in with the house not having been cleaned at all. Beds unmade, floors dirty, kitchen sink filthy and hair in the bathroom basins. I tried to contact Anna via email, phone, texts and didn't have a reply until after a two hour phone call with customer service at Stayz regarding our predicament. I was prepared to clean and change all sheets etc as we had no where else to go. Until...upon stripping the master bed we found bugs. So that was the end of our stay as there was no way we would stay with bugs!! We were given the option of staying until the next day for cleaners to come or get a refund from Anna. This was after we had many heated words with customer service at Stayz and they finally agreed to refund all my money. Customer service was so pathetic and unhelpful that I will never use this site again and will warn everyone I know. Overall a very disappointing start to our holiday. Luckily we found a hotel which had availability for three families!

The house was spacious, clean, fabulously located with a great view and numerous sitting areas outdoors and recreational areas inside. We loved the pool table, spa and well-equipped kitchen, the huge dining table that easily accommodated all 8 of us and having three toilets was a bonus! Anna was extremely responsive and helpful. The facilities and amenities provided were excellent. Many thanks for a great venue for our family gathering

Would we stay here again? No…Communication with the host was non-existent! Multiple messages were sent to Anna and not one was replied to. We had asked for the spa to be heated upon our arrival (as advised on previous reviews) however the water temperature was set on 20 degrees, the spa water was dirty and the water quality was terrible (yes we used a testing kit). Once we checked in we immediately turned up the water temperature, let’s just say we were there for 2 nights and couldn’t use the spa as the water only reached 31 degrees. Other faults, no foosball table, fireplace not working, couldn’t use the garage and no space to hang clothes in the main bedroom. Overall, the complete absence of communication and certain amenities not usable or available per the property description made for a very disappointing experience.

Closet Holiday House to the beach

A very high class holiday house, less than 3 minutes walk to the beautiful beach & 3 minutes walk to town, you can ;leave your car on the property. The house is full to the brim with everything you need & not having to bring any bedding etc always a bonus Great views and fantastic breeze flows through the house. A good tip is to ask for the spa to be warm as we went straight in it when we arrived. Quality fittings all through this house & everything worked well, ( & we didn't even break anything), A surprising hit with the kids were the wooden fish on the door handle, when it opens they fall off & make a decent noise, every door i came out of the kids put them on & was laughter all weekend. This house is simply top notch - well invested in by the owners & they want you to enjoy this place like they do. High end holiday home with super conformable beds - highly recommended for those people who will respect a house.

Perfect location, close to beach and shops

Short walk to beach and shops. Layout was perfect for two families with two living areas, so kids could watch TV separate to Adults. Large open communal living area. Great views of water. Beautiful home.

Great location

Awesome property, loved it, close to beach and Main Street, so good to be able to walk everywhere. Only down side was the spa took so long to heat up didn’t get to use it much.

Fantastic Location & Property

Had a lovely stay for a week. Great spot & lovely view Be careful if you have young children/elderly guests as the stairs are quite steep. We have young kids & blocked the entrace/exit for the stairs so they would not accidently access them
