Bonny Belle - Pet friendly - Walk to beach

Escape to this charming beach house in Ocean Grove! This neat and tidy, three-bedroom cottage can sleep up to six guests and features a well-equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with large smart TV, split system heating/cooling for year-round comfort, side deck, and a stunning separate living space at the rear - allowing guests plenty of space to relax.

Pet friendly and just a ten-minute walk to the beach, it's the ideal coastal getaway for families or friends.

Step inside a cosy lounge featuring large smart TV, split system heating/cooling, and a relaxing atmosphere. The main bedroom adjoins this space and has direct access to the two-way bathroom.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, including pantry essentials and leads to a quaint sitting area that opens out to a deck set up for outdoor dining. This open living space has a second split system unit. Two additional bedrooms connect to this central living area.

Venture outside through the garden and discover a hidden gem - a separate light filled living space at the rear of the property. This versatile area includes a generous dining room, a reading/games area, a laundry/kitchen with large fridge and a spacious bathroom with shower. Comfort is key with its own split system unit, plus a small gas log fire. This rear living space opens to a fire pit area (please BYO firewood).

Two driveways on either side of the house allow parking for up to five cars.

Pets are most welcome.

LOCATION:
The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The Ocean Grove Hotel is a 5-minute walk and there is a great little cafe just around the corner on Ocean Throughway (opposite the beach) that is also just a 10 - 15-minute walk away. The closest shopping center is a 5-minute drive away. The main shopping strip in Ocean Grove and the main beach are also just a 5-minute drive away.

HEATING AND COOLING:
There are 3 x split system heating and cooling units throughout the property. Freestanding fans in each of the bedrooms, plus a ceiling fan in the sitting room.

PETS:
Pets are most welcome, we please ask that pets do not go on beds or other furniture. Please BYO pets' bowls/beds/toys. Please clean up after your pet prior to checkout.


HOUSE RULES:
You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. STRICTLY NO hens/bucks, schoolies, events or parties of any type. Our quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

The property is a home away from home. It is a secure house with plenty of parking. We wouldn't mind going back again
