Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Poor Property Management & Just Unclean

The property has a nice location but nothing you couldn’t get elsewhere. We had issues with check in and the door code not working, to the place not being clean (floors needed to be mopped by us on the first day, hair in the shower & bed, utensils with food debris & oil put away, dust coming off the vents). While you can communicate with someone from Vacasa, they gave us no resolutions, besides a different way to access the door. We had three tickets opened with them by Monday and none were resolved by check out. Location to the beach was great, but there’s many other places to stay in OCMD.

Location of property was great, very centralized. Its about 1 min from 50/90 intersection and theres a full grocery store right across st. The bad Cleaning staff did a horrible job, there was dried throw up on the walls of bathroom. Showers were covered in dirt and soap residue. Highly doubt the sheets were changed due to hair and pubic hair in bed, also in between the fresh folded towels. There was a blood stain on one comforter and there was some sort of orange colored stain on another one of the comforters. Toilets had those typical paper wraps to signify cleaned, until you lift the lid and there was a tampon floating. I get that its a beach town, there will always be sand, but if you dont wear shoes your feet will become blacker than a lunar eclipse. Contacted management immediately and got automated reposne. Said they would contact me next day (nope). Upon checkout i went to drop off hose key and asked staff who had no clue, they had to look up my initial complaint. To which they said i dont qualify for any refund (didnt ask for one). They said LOM said not to give us anything. The fact no one Contacted me or even tried to clean or fix the pubic hair in the sheets, can assure you that my business will be going to other companies from now on. My children wouldnt sleep in bed till i went and bought some blankets to cover the bed they were grossed out by.
